I’ve been on their membership for GLP-1 remotely, while Doctor was actually local to WA state. It started well, had great consultations with doctor and medication worked from very first dose. However, after second delivery everything went downhill. They’ve delayed medication for weeks, most times I spent more than a month without injections. We moved up the dosages extremely slowly because of this and I had no results during those long breaks. I also felt worse side effects every time I restart the injections because of pauses.
Doctor first went on 3 months sabbatical while still charging for monthly consults. Then they lied to me twice about delivery dates while I can clearly say they just didn’t order meds in time. Lastly, doctor went away due to some medical emergency and admin in the Spruce chat just started plain ignoring me. I’ve requested to stop membership as they give no service or meds. They kept automatically charging me. I got my money back from bank dispute and will have to inform my bank to avoid future charges as they do not respond me for almost a month now.
I do not recommend doing GLP-1 with them, there are better programs out there. This place is highly unprofessional and borderline scam.

Zero stars. I contacted this office on 8/19/23 to see if they could treat my thyroid, if they took my insurance, and if they were accepting new patients. The "doctor" emailed me back saying that she could treat my thyroid, they do take my insurance but they prefer to not go through insurance so they don't have to "jump through insurance hoops" and that she could take me on. She gave me information on her "membership plans" and I talked to my husband about it. Decided we would go ahead with this monthly plan that came with unlimited visits. I filled out all the forms they sent me and signed up for the app she uses. (she uses this app for appointments, messages, etc) Go to make a doctor appointment and there is no button to make an appointment. So I send a message through the app, asking how I make an appointment. Someone from the clinic messages me back a week later saying the doctor is on sabbatical and isn't seeing patients. I was rather upset. I told them that was not stated to me the previous week when I reached out. There has been a little back and forth of messages through this app. The only saving grace I have I guess, is all the written proof. Each time I send a message, it takes a week, or more, for a reply. I am again told since I only need treatment for my thyroid, the doctor will see me. She said she'd talk to the doctor and let me know how to make an appointment. A month goes by, and nothing. So I message them again in late September. I tell them I am running out of my thyroid medications. I got a reply that they would be happy to refill my medications while I waited for an appointment. Great. I then get a message that they don't have my meds on file. *of course they don't, I haven't seen the doctor yet)* I reply back with the info they requested regarding my medication. A week goes by, nothing. I replied that I only had 10 days of medication left. Nothing. I then sent a message that they were deceiving me when I signed up for their program, I've been charged twice and have not been able to get in with this doctor. I say I want to cancel the membership and get refunded the fees charged to me. Nothing. I call the number, and it goes straight to voicemail, and the box is full and it hangs up on me. I am now out of medication and had to cancel my card so they can't get any more money from me. I tried to file a claim against the doctor with the medical board, but when I typed her name, her medical number, and her clinic name in, she could not be found. I call this a scam. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS "CLINIC"

Very disappointed with my experience. It started well. I signed for the package for weigh loss and insulin resistance treatment. The package has all these things like using the gym, massages, and other things. I had to get shots every two weeks. I would drive there and it was always closed. On week days, during working ours, simply closed. Right now I need a refill for my asthma medication because I’m out of it. The doctor took me off my rescue inhaler, gave me a different medication and didn’t make sure I had enough refills. I’ve been calling all day, message through spruce and nothing. I’m stuck with PCP that can’t even open her clinic. I’m so upset! This place is SCAM! Run from it! Lost more the $1k and got left on my own.

I scheduled an appointment with this practice online, I called the day before to push the appointment back 30 minutes. They confirmed that worked better for them. I arrived to the clinic, my appointment time came and went and no one showed up to the office.
