This practice is wonderful, the associates are kind and very friendly. Dr. Ashley Froese is thorough and concerned about your entire health, not just a complaint that might have been the reason for your visit. She makes sure she’s prepared to see you having read the notes, test results, history and consultations with other specialists. I’ve lost 30 lbs under their care helping me deal with some chronic conditions.
The staff couldn’t be any nicer and attentive.

I love Prime Direct Health so much! It is definitely a different environment from your normal doctors office. It is a small office where the patient to staff ratio is equal. The doctor, NP, and PA are all extremely knowledgable and spend so much time trying to help you. You have a lot more face to face time, which I am told is the goal of their facility. The front office staff/medical assistants provide the best care and whenever I go it is always a highlight to my week that they know me and genuinely care. They also have an on-site pharmacy so they can deliver pharmacueticals at a better price than your average pharmacy. Now for some, a pro or con, is they do not accept insurance. You pay a monthly fee to utilize their services which range from being sick to just helping you get fit and healthy. I honestly have held off on writing a review because I want it to by my best kept secret, but sharing is caring, and so I know I needed to toot their horn! Seriously ... they're amazing, so check them out or don't it just means I can get in to see them faster.

I can't say enough good things about Prime Direct Health! Dr. Ashley is absolutely fantastic and incredibly supportive. She goes above and beyond to ensure her patients receive the best care possible. The clinic itself is clean and well-maintained, making each visit a comfortable experience. Dr. Froese has excellent patient care. There is not a more personable or caring Doctor in the valley. Her staff and assistants are professional and quite hilarious! The girls in the front make the entire experience of going to a Doctor’s office so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Dr Froese is awesome and really takes the time to make you feel heard and cared for. I’ve been able to get same day appts when needed. They even have certain medication on hand. Prime Direct Health Rocks!!

Ashley is such a great doctor. I have been to many doctors with terrible experiences because of lack of care, cost of visits, long wait times, and prescription issues.

With Ashley and her office, a weight was taken off my shoulders and I felt like I was getting the care I deserved. I love that it helps people get medical care without insurance. She never has really long wait times and she listens. I would recommend anyone to go to her.
