I have been a patient of Dr Rotella at Scottsdale Medical Center for almost 15 years and I cannot emphasize enough how amazing he has always been treating my family. As my needs have changed, Kathryn DiGiammarino has become my primary health care provider at SMC. Her knowledge of womens healthcare has been invaluable to me and I appreciate the attention and care she treats both my daughter and I with. She is so patient, truly listens and makes herself available anytime. We could never go back to insurance pay for primary health, for basically the same (or less) money we were spending on deductibles, we get round the clock, response with the best medical team we could ask for, labs on site and peace of mind that when we need to see our Dr, there is no waiting and no stress.

Let me start this review stating that I do not trust the medical field after COVID.
That being said,
I cannot recommend Direct Healthcare more. I have been seen by Dr Summers now twice. On the first visit I relayed my concerns with the medical field and he reassured me he was honest and could be trusted.
Both visits he was very informative and answered every question I had. I couldn't have found a better office for me needs.
Very pleased with my decision to go there and would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Kathryn DiGiammarino FNP is my favorite primary care provider of all time. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. She is extremely caring and treats me more like a friend than a patient. Her bedside manner is phenomenal and always makes me feel comfortable. She goes the extra mile and I leave with a smile on my face every time. Highly recommend this practice and Kathryn!!

I love this practice! When I moved to the area I was looking for a family doctor and found Dr. Rotella. Dr. Rotella listened to my concerns and came up with a specific plan for my care - and I can’t argue with the results! I have more energy, am sleeping better, have a clearer head, have lost excess pounds, and am bringing my bloodwork back to healthy levels. Its really not rocket science; but you DO need a medical professional who actually wants to help you improve your health and takes the time to come up with individualized recommendations.

Also, Dr. Rotella’s new Direct Healthcare program gives you almost instantaneous access to him.

His staff is amazing too.
