Absolutely amazing person! He genuinely cares about his patients. I have struggled over 20 years with my mental health. I've gone from provider to provider trying to get help. It turns out that I wasn't being properly diagnosed and being prescribed meds that actually made my condition worse. Many of us that struggle find it hard to stick around and fight due to many issues. I was able to find Russell, who took the time out and properly diagnosed me and stick with him for 4 years now because I have actually shown signs of improvement. I cannot recommend him enough.
