I was able to meet with the endocrinologist Dr. Dwivedi very quickly. Unfortunately, that is the only positive thing that I can say about my experience. I would recommend that the staff and Dr. Dwivedi work on team communication, organization, and record keeping. I also recommend that Dr. Dwivedi receive additional training in improving his bedside manor, cultural competence, and interpretation of test results. I felt dismissed, unheard, and I don't believe he did his due diligence in diagnosing me. I was left being told that I am just "salt-sensitive" and need to take a diuretic, change my diet, and exercise.

I recently sought a second opinion from another endocrinologist that informed me that my test results were indicative of two different conditions one which is related to a vitamin deficiency. The treatment for these conditions are medication and surgery, not just diet, exercise, and a diuretic. I feel like I was racially stereotyped, dismissed, and my symptoms were not properly taken into consideration. If I would have just listened to Dr. Dwivedi, I would still be feeling miserable and would have developed life threatening conditions due to not being treated properly.

Have loved going to this location for services. Dr. Ashgar is wonderful and scheduling is super easy with Zoom. Kirsten is also super informative for dietary needs and helped me make a plan for healthy eating and weight loss. I always get my questions answered and love to receive care from the people here.

This is an outstanding way of conducting medical care thru zoom. No waiting rooms, Dr Patel is never late getting on her zoom calls, very thorough and will spend as much time as needed. What a delight to work with Dr Patel. ❤️
