I have been trying to get a prescription refilled. My provider left the practice and I have an appointment with a new provider. In the meantime one of my diabetes medicines ran our of refills. I have called Apricus three times this week! Each time I have been told that they will call my pharmacy right away since I have run out of the medicine. So far my pharmacy is saying they haven't heard from the provider office. One of the people at Apricus that I spoke to during the second call said that she saw the phone call record in the computer, but no one called the pharmacy. I am feeling pretty hot about this.

SENIORS BEWARE! Anyone with traditional Medicare who has seen one of their primary care docs can, without permission, be put into Apricus' Medicare Direct Contracting Entity. Added to this, there is no easy way to leave this unwanted program. I do not want them involved in coordinating my care nor do I want them to have access to my medical or insurance information. This program could at some point, because they now control my Medicare, deny me access to the care I chose. They can't do it yet, but there is nothing that says they can't in the future. Research and look at Medicare's "Global and Professional Direct Contracting Model". I got a letter saying "REQUIRED ANNUAL NOTICE: NO ACTION NEEDED" believe me, action is needed to stop this hijacking of traditional Medicare.

I just worked with Apricus in Tampa Bay and had a good result acquiring the durable medical goods I needed. Took around a month or so, however they
did respond this time and provided me with exactly what I needed. No problems except turn around time was somewhat lengthy.

apricus health is a joke, not knowledgeable of any thing they say. Have interefed with patients and doctors. They dont know rules of medicare AND OR SECOND INSURANCE COMPANIES. THEY ARE UP TO DATE TO CALL YOU IF THEY SEE YOUVE MADE APPOINTMENT WITH DOCTOR OUTSIDE OF OF DOCTOR THEY REP. THEY ARE RUDE AS WELL .NO ONE PERSON CALLS YOU EACH TIME ITS A DIFFERNT PERSON. INFO THEY GIVE YOU. COST. MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET NOT COVED THRU MEDICARE
They need to be investigated
