Now getting other drs to take over over further medical and reporting all to medical review board. In excusable and must be accountable. This was sent to several review sites, including St. Jo’s In Phoenix, as it is the truth and I have recorded every two way conversation for a week trying to resolve the issue., which is legal with only a one party consent in Arizona!
First, let me start by saying the staff on 6H St Jo’s were exceptional in every way. We were so happy how we were treated. Even the doctors mentioned below were great " IN "the hospital. My husband was in hospital from 5/31/19 till 6/4/19. He had Septis and E-Coli blood infection. When he was dismissed Dr Ogbi, internal medicine doctor of Zion Medical Group preferred we have a second ct scan of kidney at the hospital as to compare to first scan. We said we prefer that too. He then said he already ordered the scan and to call if we did not hear from schedulers in two days. He even gave me his number to call if a problem - which receptionists said they would give the messages. Nothing!!!!!! My husband also has 3 weeks at home on intravenously antibiotics. This dr said he wanted the scan scheduled 6/20 and no later than 24th. He wanted to make sure that infection kidney lesion was better. This needs to be done and no infection as he needs to be scheduled for a pacemaker change. So I called schedulers and they had no order. Since then we have tried numerous times for 5 days to get Dr. Ogbi, Dr. Ganatra, infectious disease, Dr.Swarup, admitting and our heart dr to help - nothing. I may report to medical board if not resolved soon. Doctors need to be held accountable. We should not have to call dozens of times with no results. Out of Sight- Out of Mind! If we ever get the order it has to be scheduled and insurance has to approve, which takes days usually. We are so unhappy with these doctors.
I WOULD APPRECIATE A REPLY FROM ST JO'S PHOENIX. I will await your reply and we can have a discussion.
