I had my first telehealth appointment on October14th, 2024, with Nurse Practitioner Kathryn Packer. She thoroughly assessed my condition and asked all the right questions, making me feel confident that I’m in good hands. I have a few chronic conditions and pain issues resulting from a collision in 2023.
She was empathetic to my situation and was the first person to acknowledge my chronic pelvic fracture pain. She developed a new plan to adjust my medications, aiming to provide better pain management and improve my quality of life.

I moved to Arizona from Canada in March for a job as an RN. I just want to point out that in Canada, I would never have received such comprehensive care with a clear plan moving forward from a primary care provider.

Teri’s Health has been absolutely amazing since the first day we walked in the door. The atmosphere is very warm and calming, and their entire staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help. My daughter has been seeing Tara C. for counseling for quite a while, and it’s been the best counseling experience she’s ever had. Tara is engaging, relatable, and has such a positive vibe and spirit. I am beyond grateful that we were referred to Teri’s Health Services and ended up having Tara assigned as the counselor. I couldn’t be happier with their service and staff. Highly recommended!!

The counselor i had was great. In my opinion, Unfortunately, the company business is terrible. I recommend finding a different provider, if at all possible. Just awful as a business.

Caroline Morris is a fantastic nurse practiser and very knowledgeable about psychiatric diseases and how to properly treat them. Tara Cartanzaro is a fabulous therapist. She is warm, friendly, compassionate, empathetic, and a wonderful listener. She is an excellent therapist and has helped me to deal with major traumatic issues in my life. She helped me learn to love myself, deal with PTSDthat I've had since I was a young child, and helped me to forgive my husband for marrying me even though he never loved me. I have gotten so much better with my depression and anxiety since I have been on therapy with her for over a year. I feel like those two people have saved my life and have taught me how to deal with my depression and anxiety. They are phenomenal people and I am eternally grateful for their help, support, and edu action to get me to the point I am now in my life. God bless you all at Teri's Health Services for caring so much and providing care for older people who only have Medicare coverage.

On August 10, I couldn't talk with Terrence because I needed to pay a copay first. Our insurance pays in full for 6 sessions so we should have no copay. I emailed Terrence with a reference # from Aetna. Heard nothing more from him, and on August 17th, there wasn't even an option to counsel with him. No text or email. I was very happy to have Terrence to speak with concerning some of my issues. Very disappointed now.

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. My son started going here for ADHD and has been seen by Caroline the NP, who is lovely, and Zach for weekly therapy. They are easy to get a hold of, responsive, and have ample services for mental health.

Teri’s Health rarely returned phone calls or emails and every single month, without fail, my husband would be left with no refills of his antidepressants and ADHD medications, despite calling a week or more before he was empty. We suspect his psychiatrist was no longer working there and he was not informed. He was again left without medication and his attempts for communication went unanswered, as usual, until a week later someone called to inform him they no longer take our insurance. This information would have been nice to know earlier so he could’ve found another clinic to help him. I would not recommend Teri’s Health to anyone!
