I was very impressed by how everything was handled. It was smooth sailing. The Doctor was caring and very thorough, he was great and so was his assistant ! It was worth the 3 month appointment wait! I finally found a great PCP! Thank you all!

Recently spent 10 days in hospital with acute pancreatitis and a kidney stone. My pcp is Stephanie Azevedo whose office had no post discharge appointments available for over a week. Totally unacceptable. They did absolutely nothing to accommodate my pain or urgency to be seen. I realize I’m not their only patient but due to the lack of compassion I found myself returning to hospital er to relieve my pain. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Very bad office staff too they put inaccurate information in my chart patient portal. Bad healthcare. Do not go there

Update: Received letter threatening to cancel me as a patient. It said it was because of my attitude. The only attitude I had was to call them out on the patient portal for putting misinformation in a note from a supposed offer of appointment which I was never offered and my complaint about not having any availability to be seen for my pain. There’s some shady stuff going on in this location. I have been going there for several years seeing Stephanie Azevedo. I think they’re trying to cover their own behinds for dropping the ball on my care.

Spoke to office manager 6/21/24 Tammy. She had the same thing to tell me that the office staff and Stephanie Acevedo offered me appointment, which is not true. The office gave me the worst medical care I have ever had. DO NOT GO THERE

I was a new patient at this facility. I was seen on time for my appointment. The MA that helped me was Ashley, she was professional, articulate and upbeat. The doctor was very helpful and thorough, he answered all of my questions. They have a lab on site which is super convenient. After my appointment i waited 5 minutes for the lab. This was an excellent visit. I would definitely recommend this location for health care.

Last Tuesday July 16 I called in to book for follow up check up . The front desk was told me the only close available date is July 19 at 0805 thus I took this date .

Today July 19 I woke up and drove early for the appointment apparently my name is not in the scheduled today .

I was so upset for wasting my time and effort for I supposedly working on the night of July 18 but due to early appointment i had cancelled it .

I’m super super frustrated.
