Staff is very empathetic, knowledgeable, and friendly. Office was very clean and well kept. I am very happy with my experience here. I felt well taken care of, heard, and seen. All of my many questions were answered with grace and I felt I was in good hands as my exam was not rushed and no corners were cut. The provider took the time to explain treatment. I left without having any questions and feel confident with the care I was given. Highly recommend!!

The entire ER staff from the front desk to triage, ER nurses, to the ER MD was great! They were quick in their response time with testing and they were thorough. Everyone was so kind and took to the time to speak and explain things. I highly recommend coming to this ER .

Went early 7:00 and was checked in right away by a very courteous receptionist. Short wait time before Doctor Kelly came in. She was so personable and confirmed my visit for being there. Very efficient in getting me in and out!

We were in and out very quickly! I expected a much longer wait. Everyone was very professional and kind. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything so we could understand. Will definitely go back if the need arises.

My son was diagnosed with pneumonia and put on antibiotics. Once he finished the course of antibiotics, his symptoms continued. I took him to this urgent care facility, where he was evaluated and treated by Dr. Chang. Dr. Chang ordered an X ray and the verbiage prompted him to test for valley fever, which was positive. Because Dr. Chang took the time to listen, evaluate all angles, conduct a thorough assessment, my son was able able to get the treatment he needed, quickly. Dr. Chang is speedy in pushing through referrals and meds which expedited the care process. I am so grateful for Dr. Chang; I highly recommend this physician to any one seeking care. Also, Vana at the front desk is amazing with her intake and getting us taken care of.

Dr. Chang was very thorough, kind, and patient. He took the time to ask me questions about what was going on and to give detailed explanations about the course of treatment and follow up care. I went on a Tuesday late morning and I was the second person in the waiting room and I only had to wait about 25 minutes to be seen. It was a great experience! Also, Julie at the front desk was very kind and accommodating.

I recently went in for an ear wax build up issue in my right one. I couldnt hear. The NP was great. She had the tech girls put drops in wash it out . It took a long time . It was bad. I feel like a new man. It had been a few weeks of discomfort. Thank You HonorHealth
