I've visited this Labcorp location probably close to 10 times over the past 12 years and have never had a single bad experience. Against all odds, they're always quick, but get the job done right whether you have an appointment or not.
As far as attitude, I've never noticed any nasty ones. If anything some of the employees might be a little short, but you have to understand that they have a job to do. They're friendly in my experience, but also not a daycare, so they don't need to be over the top "friendly".

If you need someone to baby you, get a therapist, this place is for getting labs done.

I had a frustrating experience at Labcorp when I walked in and asked if they could do a routine blood test without an appointment. The woman behind the desk said "yes," and since there were no other patients in the building, I said, "OK, I'd like to have one done." She then told me I had to go to their website to make the request on my phone. I sat in their lobby and tried, but the website showed no available appointments for the day. When I told her this, she explained that I needed to go to a different website to actually order the labs. At that point, I just thanked her and walked out. Not a great experience.

I went here today hoping for a better experience than the location near me! Night and day!

I was greeted right away, my questions were answered and Alicia did an awesome job! She was kind, professional and very good at her job! She did not poke/ prod/bruise me like I have had done at other locations. I will definitely be going back to this location next time!

I went there,, to get my drug test done,
she is awesome, did not hussle for anything extra difficulty for us, instead, everything is just so ez, smooth.
take out ur jacket, empty ur packet, u know, just follow what she told you, that is the instrution that given to any agent there, but you gonna be happy those lady are helping you to get the job,
without any doubt, this is the best place you can secure a job for your own god sake.
plz respect those lady who works there, they are amazing 🙂

you just need to wait for like 10 more extra minus since she is doing all alone, so plz dont rush.

Very bad attitude.checked in at 7.09 a.m. and about at 8 she called me for doctor paper ,I showed him the photo and sent her e mail.After 2 hrs she told me to leave as she has not pdf. Wasted my 2 hrs while I was on fast for more than 12 hrs for lipd lab test.She behaved like that I was only asian.

So glad my experience at Lapcorp Anthem location was excellent! Easily made an appt online. Parked, checked in online, & waited only a few minuets until I recived a text they were ready for me to come in. Went in & was called back immediately. No one was in the waiting area, but there are only 5 chairs in the waiting area for social distancing. If you choose to check in on the kiosk there are alcohol wipes & a hand sanitizer available for use. Both the ladies behind the desk were very nice & my phlebotomus was one poke & steady switching to the next tubes. Thanks Labcorp ladies; see you next time!

I went for lab work on a Thursday and the staff was very good, but did not receive any results until the following Tuesday! I was told that the turn around time for only a CBC was I day. I had an alert on the blood work and they didn’t even notify my Drs office in a timely manner, which I thought was standard procedure. Very disappointed in this lab.
