I have never been treated so kindly by any provider in the years I've been in treatment. Dr.Val and Mike Bass have helped me in ways no other provider would. Front desk has always been polite and efficient. I would absolutely recommend DB to anyone needing help.

The provider, Michael Bass, is great. The office is TERRIBLE. It's absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone. Any time I try calling the office, it goes to voice mail. I leave messages and no one calls back. There isn't an email listed on the website, so I cannot email. Even when trying to pay a bill, I can't get a hold of anyone to take my payment, which is insane. On the bills they provide, there is also not a way to pay online. Stay away from this office.

Every time I have called them for the past month, I have left messages and never received a response. I have not been able to find an email on their website. There is a “contact us” form, which I have used several times and also never received a response. I have also texted them multiple times over the past month, and have never received a response. I have been a patient here for quite some time and this absolute lack of communication has been an ongoing issue since the beginning.

I love everyone in the office From Dr Val. To my therapist Bre. To my group therapy with Michael. And all the girls who work the front desk.I have been seeing psychiatrist and therapist for 30 years. I never ever had such great group of people to ptreat me. They make me feel heard. and like I matter. I would recommend this office to anyone.They all are GREAT!!!

Dr. Valery is exceptional! I’ve been an on going patient for many years for my mental health problems with other providers, but this is the first time in 2 years that I have been able to sit down and talk with someone who takes the time out to listen. I felt at ease
to talk with him.
He was able to identify what quality of care that I need. He is also very patient, caring and knowledgeable.
His staff is also very pleasant.

I must say, Valery is amazing. He is a very attentive listener, caring, open, and knowledgeable. As a patient, I have never been this confident in his treatments and this confident in a provider. He is also quite informative for any questions you may have. His office is at least an hour away from me, but is beyond worth going in when needed. Thank you Valery

Very poor service with this office they over charged me and my insurance several times. Had to get it corrected cleared my total balance only after I brought to the owners attention. Very poorly managed office. Therapist left on maternity leave and said she would offer referrals never provided them. If you have mental health issues don’t go here they will just make you worse in the end With all the stress of mismanagement.
