I went in because I have a face injury that broke my teeth. One of my teeth are infected. I asked for antibiotics and they gave me them. The Nurse Practitioner was very knowledgeable about it. I told her one of my other teeth fell out last year and I had a heart attack. She was very sympathetic. I was only there for less than a hour. I recommend this place for the friendliness,professionalism and compassion. I believe that if I went there when I first got this injury they would have x-rayed my whole face and I would have been helped in 2019 when my injury happened. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and not judging me by my broken teeth.

All of the staff is so kind and helpful, the doctors are attentive and are sure to address your every concern. I’ve visited multiple times and never stayed more than 3-4 hours. My most recent visit, I had Doctor Reid and Nurse Jordan. Dr Reid was very thorough with his questions and his exam, and he payed close attention my concerns. Nurse Jordan was absolutely phenomenal. I had a bit of a scary feeling after having some IV meds pushed, she stayed with me for about 20 minutes until I felt better which meant so much to me. I would recommend this place over anywhere else in town!

I was currently in here for an infected burn on my foot. I was admitted for 6 days. Every single nurse that waited on me morning or night were so, so caring and sweet. They were so attentive and listened to what I said. I definitely felt heard. The doctors were great. I won’t name the nurses singularly but they know who they are!! Such a wonderful experience for seeing the circumstances!

Nothing exceptional about this hospital. Got in a car accident with my son and they couldn’t even lay him down in another bed in the same room (my room was pretty big). He almost passed out because he was just sitting down in a chair and due to his concussion ? Didn’t clean my arm or put a band aid. They said ok nothing is broken you can go home. They never asked me if I needed something. They just seemed pretty careless .

I came in late Saturday evening after incurring an injury at my daughter's wedding reception. I was triaged almost immediately and then taken directly to a treatment room. I was treated with respect and courtesy. Very different from the ER at home. I was out in less than 2 hours.

Failed to tell me they were out of network for blue cross blue shield until we checked out even though they happily took my insurance card at check in without saying anything. Then they said they had no idea they were out of network for one of the largest providers in the country.

Took my 18 month old in because she woke up from her nap at daycare with blue lips. Since I've seen this before I was concerned big time. The school said she had a fever of 100.4 low but still. When I took her in the intake nurse didn't know what I wanted and it almost felt like he was going to have me leave stating her lips are nonlonge rvlue and she is not running a fever. He still put me through on the urgent care side where I saw an awesome PA who took my concerns seriously. He ran tests for RSV COVID the Flu and Strep all were negative. He then wanted to make sure her heart was okay and did a chest xray. The heart was fine but he did fine some bronchiolitis not really something that cause the blue lips but it could. She may just be a rarity she does get blue lips easily when swimming even in 110 heat or eating something cold etc. Nonetheless he prescribed a broncho dilator. I was just very impressed at his thorough approach and taking my concern seriously. Oh and by the way because inoeft in such rush to get her and take her there I packed some snacks but not enough. Even though the whole visit time was like 330 to 7 we approached her dinner time and she was fussy. He brought us in sandwiches, pudding string cheese and waters. Best care ever! I've had nothing but really really good experiences here, it's literally the only place I go now!

I can't rave enough about my positive experience with Exceptional Community Hospital! I visited the hospital tonight because I had sliced my hand open. I was greeted warmly by Tatiana (front desk). Despite the staff being busy, they attended to me quickly and I received stitches within an hour. Rhonda (nurse) checked on me every 10 minutes to ensure I was comfortable. Unfortunately, my hand injury turned out to be more severe than expected, but the staff took care of me from the moment I arrived until the time I left. The doctor (Dr. Mayo) on staff was amazing and provided great care, stitching me up and referring me to a hand surgeon. I am very thankful for their help and care! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
