Went in for wrist surgery & was treated very well by my nurse MJ and as all the others that put in my IV to the pre-surgery work up.
My surgery nurse turned out to be a family friend what a great surprise ! Thank you Cary.
Recovery & checkout was also a breeze and everyone was fantastic!
Thank you to all the people & Dr Lock who were involved in my surgery I am very thankful & happy with the whole procedure & WRRMC !!

Over all good experience. The XRay technician was very good and helpful. The receptionist was not so helpful. I arrived and presented to the receptionist window. Stood for an inordinate amount of time and watched the receptionist process paperwork. Made eye contact a number of times. And watched and watched and watched...... I acknowledge that work must be completed by this individual BUT, a simple acknowledgement would have been appreciated and would have made me feel like a human being rather than the houseplant I felt like.

Arrived Saturday June 28 for CT scan 25 min before appointment. No signs where to go it check in. Walked all the way to radiology, as did 5 other people, and was directed back to registration. When I opened the door, Miranda S said “what are you here for? I have two people ahead of you!” Wow! I said,” I’m sorry, I’ll wait “
20 minutes later after she had checked in the other two, I went in again. Coldly met and no smile. After realizing scheduling had messed up my appointment, she said”I don’t know what they are doing over there.” Finally fixed and as I got up to leave, I said “I hope your day gets better.” She replied,” it will now!” She was so rude! No way is that acceptable. A sign in the hallway saying “stop here and check in” would have been helpful. As I left, I saw this sign at the information desk, turned around so it wasn’t facing the front entrance.

I am surprised they have 2.3 stars. Although it maybe because the personnel taking the x-rays was very professional and personable. The receptionists need remedial training on how to greet the public. I attempted to do as the sign (posted photo brlow) when the receptionist asked "what do you want". Not, how can I help you, and snapped at me when I attempted to provide the items required on the sign, saying "I don't need that". I then suggested they change the signs or remove it.

Best care possible. Hubby came in by ambulance and ER staff took him immediately to a room with quick care by doctors and nurses. They all gave me full info on his progress and what they were doing. Dr. Flores even called me the next morning at 5;45 am to give me update and answer my questions. Great care and follow-up.

What a fantastic facility. Was every easy to get an appointment and check in was a breeze. I had a ct scan scheduled for 815 am and was walking out finished at 845 am.Had my results that day.Western Regional forwarded my results to the surgery team in Las Vegas and in 2 days an appointment was scheduled. All I heard when moving to Mohave County was how poor the medical was.In no time from my move from California to Ft Mojave Arizona my wife and I have lined up a great primary Dr. [Katibe],Dentist [Smith Bullhead Dentistry] and ear dr [Bailey].Now Western Regional Medical can be added to my list as fantastic people.I hope the Dr. in Vegas is as fantastic.

My husband and I was on a 3 day Vac,when he had a Heart attack on the first day and was transported to
W.A.R.M.C. and was quickly admitted. Had X-rays and testing and sent to ICU.
Next day surgery. All staff was very caring and helpful. Special thanks to Dr.
Rahim and his staff who possibly saved my husband's life. A special thanks to all the Nurses working the ICU. And after my husband's discharge I did get a wonderful Anniversary Dinner..

Not sure if WARMC is under new management but I was checked in, waited les than 10 minutes, taken into the room where they have you fill out forms, sent to radiology, waited less than 5 minutes, greeted by 2 techs, put in the MRI machine and done. I interacted with 4 different people, all were efficient and friendly.
Total time spent was less than an hour.
This is the 4th time me and my wife have gone to WARMC for X-rays or an MRI.
It usually takes almost 2 hours. I was done in 50 minutes.
GEAT EXPERIENCE!
