Dr. Fanning was absolutely amazing during the delivery of my baby boy. Her expertise and calm demeanor made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. She was incredibly supportive and attentive, ensuring both my baby and I were safe and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor and staff to guide us through such a special moment.

The nurses who assisted in the delivery of my child were absolutely phenomenal. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication were evident in every moment. They provided exceptional care, comfort, and support, making the entire experience smoother and more reassuring. I am incredibly grateful for their hard work and compassion during such a significant time in our lives.

I gave birth here via c section and my experience was absolutely phenomenal. From the minute I walked in the door until the moment I left I was treated so well and the nurses and doctors on all shifts were so amazing. I was so nervous and they all did such a wonderful job calming my nerves and making the experience something I now love to reminisce about. Everyone here was so kind, professional, and supportive throughout the entire experience. I could not recommend this hospital enough for labor and delivery.

This is the Second time I’ve had to come to the emergency room in the last two months. I actually live closer to another Honor Health facility, but the care I have received here at Sonoran Crossing is Amazing and worth the drive !!! Dr. Graves was so patient with me, she treated me like an actual patient not just a number. She took the time to make sure I understood what was going on (multiple health issues) and her treatment plan.
Oh and my RN Serenity was fantastic!!! She was very compassionate and professional! You can tell she enjoys being an RN because she’s good at other job. I was kept informed of what tests were going to be taken, status of the tests, any treatment changes. Thank you Serenity, your patient care was above and beyond!!

I don't mind this ER at all, but this most recent visit, everything seemed to be a bit disorganized. Nothing against doctors and nurses. I just wanted to give a personal shout-out to Dan for being such a caring and compassionate nurse. I get the ER gets busy and thankfully I wasn't in terrible condition, however, I feel like this visit was a bit rushed with lack of communication between nurses and doctors. Will probably be back again, though. (If needed)

I've never in my life been treated like I have here. I've been 2 times now. The first time, I was berated and yelled at by a Dr. for bringing my young baby in for a very high fever and inconsolable crying. Claiming people like me are the problem.

Maybe it was a fluke, right?

No, unfortunately not.
Recently, I went in, and I can tell you they were so condescending and yet talking to me like I was the doctor - like I can magically diagnose myself. I was told by urgent care to go immediately to the ER, so I listened - next time, I will drive anywhere but here. They were trigger happy giving me morphine and then a Dilaudid chaser. Only 2 nurses were nice and decent. Also, FYI, we CAN hear EVERYTHING at the nurses' station - including talking badly about patients and your gross personal lives that isn't appropriate for the work environment, let alone where patients can hear you VERBATIM. Then I'm all but accused of being drug seeking as I'm accused of "telling them the wrong diagnosis"- excuse me? Thanks, "Edward V" you couldn't have been ruder if you tried and should be fired for the things I heard you say, not just about me.

After leaving, on my own with no staff caring that a patient heavily drugged was walking out to the parking lot alone to her car at night.

I told others of my story and have since heard that this ER is reputed to be fast and loose with Morphine and Dilaudid.

Run from this place as fast as you can.

ER is not adequately staffed at night. John C Lincoln is a better option if you want timely treatment. RN said we look like a big operation, and we are not as she giggled. One doctor on duty 4 hours in the ER, and the patient has not been seen by the doctor.

Great experience at this ER. Everyone is compassionate and kind. There were no seats available in waiting room, it was busy, but I was treated, seen, released in 3.5hrs. I drove from up North bc YRmC in Prescott is awful and I do not regret it! Thank you Dr. Montoya, Jessica (triage) and the security officer who asked if my service dog or I needed anything. Thank you for your care and kindness staff. I pray I don't need to return, but if I need to, I know I'll be cared for well.
