I love Cleveland Clinic especially the urology department. The doctors and the nurse practitioners are the best. They're so knowledgeable and try to help in your needs. I'm always greeted with a smile 😁 and nice words of kindness. They treat me so well that it bring me joy to see them. Thanks Cleveland Clinic for being so nice I visit. The hospital help me every time I roll in with my wheelchair. The coffee ☕ area at the entrance is marvelous and the guy that works there is so nice.

Not impressed it doesn't give you a suite number I don't even know if I'm on the right to floor I did the check in doesn't give you any information on where to go what to do where you should sit if you're in the right floor if you're in the right clinic they're assuming you've already been here 10 times

Visited this new Cleveland Clinic Family Center property in Stuart on Kanner Highway and Indian Street as a referred patient for a CT scan and was quite impressed with the modern and professional facility and staff they have attentive staff from the moment you come in the front door who guide you through the process to the waiting room , to the registration process , and then to the department serving your particular appointment . In addition they have a nice cafe and dining area if you came with a loved one and are waiting for them to process and the parking would pretty much compete with a stadium . This is a great addition to the medical community serving Stuart and Martin County

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tony Reisman and nurse Jeannine Warren. I was in the office twice this month for an emergency appointment/procedure and they were amazing. They were kind, calm, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I had never been to an ENT prior to this and I will never go to another ENT. The offices are clean. The appointments are quick, yet they really take the time to hear your concerns and address the situation. The check-in/kiosk secretaries are fabulous and friendly as well.

New building at Kanner and Indian in Stuart. It’s beautiful! The welcome staff are all very friendly. My only thing. I wish there were clearer signs as to where to go. That is a little confusing—- but people everywhere to help!!

As soon as I can find doctors to replace the ones I’ve been seeing at Cleveland Clinic. I will do so. I have never heard of a place that you cannot get through to on a phone. It’s ridiculous. I have been very sick lately and I took my oxygen with me to have a CT scan, and while there I left something in the room . Do you think I can get through to somebody? NO! I’ve been dealing with these people for the last four years and now that I’m very sick I can’t get through to them. I like my doctors mostly but the service of the telephone is ridiculous. Something has to be done. If administration sees my comment. They are welcome to call me, my phone number is in my chart. I live in Fort Pierce so I drive to Stuart to see doctors. I can get there faster in my car than I can on the phone. That’s ridiculous. I have worked in Healthcare all my life and I have never come across anything like this. I would be ashamed if I worked there.

I was at walk in clinic on sunday and my experience was great. There was smiles every where, the staff knew their business and they found the cause of my problem. I would definately come again and recommend to all my friends and family
