I have nothing but positive experience here. I had surgery and the pre-surgery staff was excellent. The nurse who brought me back was kind and friendly. All the doctors who came in prior were informative and made sure all my questions were answered.

The post-op care was just as good. The nursing staff took care of me. When I used the call button they came in a timely manner. I do have to say the night and day staff seem to do things differently. Like they were supposed to look in the restroom to measure my output and evening didn't do it, but day did. Things like that.

When it came time to leave, the discharge instructions were give to me and they made sure I understood and answered my questions. They took me out via wheelchair.

I have had infusions done and their infusion center is awesome. The nurses made sure I had everything I needed including water and food. This would be my place to go if I need infusions.

Worst experience ever. Horrible hospital and staff. Would not recommend and will not return to this place. Floors were sticky. Entitled nurses with bad attitudes. You are literally a number. They don't treat you like a person. They want you to get in and get out asap. No concern for your overall situation. Only nurse Tabby was the best. She & the food were the only good things. The other nurses were horrible. I could hear them talking crap about other patients clearly from my room... and I wonder if some of that talk was also about me.
Forgot to add that the whole time I was there they never changed the sheets or cleaned my room. One lady came in to take the trash and another mopped with a dirty mop and just made the room smell. No worthy of being called a clean room for a patient to recover. Very unsanitary!!!

Having too many different patients next to me and was not a good relaxing m trying to sleep because of such. I'm Alvin Williams patient and thank the staff for making my ER entrance nice to true over. Totally professional from all levels. You all deserve very decent wages

It's a great hospital. Nice Doctors. GREAT NURSES! VERY HELPFUL NURSES! Cafeteria is good eating. I personally LOVE the BISTRO.
Visiting hours are awesome... 6:00am-10:00pm.
5 STARS WOULD BE BETTER WIFI.
WiFi is a little "Iffy" in certain parts of the Towers. But what WiFi isn't?

The outpatient surgery side of this hospital is well organized and pretty efficient in handling a large amount of surgeries.

I have taken my father here twice in a year due to a complicated syndrome and severe insomnia. He’s a complicated case and the ER nurses and doctors work very closely with his neurologists. The hospitalist and neurologist are very communicative and get a plan in place to get him the relief and care he needs. The hospital is clean and the floor nurses are great and understanding. It’s easy to leave him in their care and I’m grateful for the staff.

I travelled from Canada to be by my father's side as he received treatment at the hospital. Unfortunately, during that week, I experienced the profound loss of my father. However, I am filled with gratitude for the exceptional professionalism and kindness shown by the doctors, nurses, and staff who looked after my father. Their display of humanity, respect, and level of care deeply touched me. The atmosphere at the hospital provided solace during a difficult time. They truly exceeded expectations in their commitment to their patients, and for that, I am sincerely thankful.

I was unsure if I would get the best care at this hospital since it was so far from where I live but I’m happy I did! All the nurses made my experience so good! I wasn’t worried about anything especially when my daughter went into the NICU! Kristen was one of my daughter’s nurses and I will forever be grateful for her! She made us feel so welcome and did everything in her power to give my daughter the best care and love while she was getting her treatment and testings done! She communicated with me about everything that was going on and made sure I was educated on things I didn’t know about so our transition from the hospital to home was good! She is definitely an amazing soul god bless her and all the other women who made us feel so welcome and loved ?
