I’ve seen several providers there over the years and have always gotten reasonable service in a timely manner. I’m polite, so people are polite to me. I trust the clinic to take care of me and my family. It’s a lot more than I can say for so many other offices that are not reliably committed to Casper.

This place is a joke. I have been dealing with the same issue since March and have had my blood drawn over 5 time this summer with no results. They don’t even call back with results you have to keep calling and bugging them then maybe in two weeks they have enough time to call you back. Even when they put things “top priority” it doesn’t make a difference. I am switching doctors and have an appointment tomorrow and they still haven’t sent out my records. I have spent $1,000 with no results and waited 6 weeks for new doctor appointment and don’t want to wait 6 more weeks because they didn’t want to send records. They ignore what I am have to say and just assume things and wanted random tests done that had nothing to do with my symptoms. Every time you call asking what’s going on it’s always “I’ll put a note in your chart and try calling back tomorrow” then when you do they are all of a sudden not in the office. I am not impressed with this place at all and do not recommend it. I feel like they do anything they can to get money out of you. Poor poor customer service.

I've always hated going to the doctor, until I started here with Dr. Velvet Hiser. She is truly amazing!! She really cares about her patients and makes me feel like my concerns are valid and that there is hope to feel better. The reception staff is fantastic! Holly is always so helpful and sweet!

The office staff is exceptional. However the providers do not refill prescriptions on time, you do not get any callbacks. They tried to put me on a medication before asking me last year. I have had three prescriptions run out this year before they finally called them in. When I complained about it to them, they called the pharmacy and denied my medication completely. They are there to make money plain and simple, not to help their patients. If I could give them - stars I would.

I was referred by a good friend in the medical field and had high hopes but my experience has been very disorganized and unfortunately I can't get a call back on labs. I have had a tremendous about of blood work done and I have had to repeatedly call and ask for the results and then again for what the follow up plan is. All the staff had been kind to me on the phone, I just can't seem to get information or answers and when you aren't feeling well and hoping to find out what is going on that gives the impression they don't care, that you have no one in your corner. Very unfortunate.

I've been a patient here for around 10 years. I've always had exceptional experiences here. I left another doctor to see Any Gruewell and I've never ever looked back. 4 stars... because no one is perfect, there's always room for improvement.

I gave this place 3 stars because for the 9 years of service they provided me and my family, I have no complaints. However, the last visit was so awful that I will never step foot in to this place again. If you have step-kids that have a, trouble seed planting, parent...don't go here! My husband's ex-wife LOVES to stir up as much trouble as she can. Instead of asking why a mother lost custody of her son, one of the secretaries repeatedly, in a scolding voice, told me that I wasn't allowed to take her rights away from her kids (2 of the boys are my biological children). I repeatedly let her know that I was not trying to take his mother's rights away and that 2 of the boys were mine. She then responded, patronizingly, "of course they are." ... I was just trying to explain that having my step-son's mother listed as an emergency contact didn't make sense because she lives 2000 miles away and wouldn't be able to help him in the case of an emergency. The conversation got more heated than needed, making it sound like I had kidnapped all 3 boys to take them to their wellness checks. My husband even has documentation, from the courts, stating that he has final medical say, which we all ready gave to this office, 4 years ago, when we started taking my step-son here...however, they claim that they do not have the document on file. The secretary almost didn't let me sign the HIPAA paperwork for him. I've signed the HIPAA paperwork every year for him...it wasn't until the other secretary stepped in and let her know that step-parents were allowed to sign the HIPAA agreement. To that she responded with, "well, they shouldn't be allowed to." My husband was so upset about this that he took an extra break from work to clear things up with them. The business manager let us know that despite the secretary being over zealous, she was doing her job and being cautious.
Should have been cautious 4 years ago when we signed him up as a patient. Should have been cautious with yourself when you let a mother, who lost custody of her son, whisper lies in to your ears. So, congratulations for choosing the side of a mother who coached her son in to going to school to threaten suicide, in order to regain custody, over a step-mom who was just trying to keep up with his wellness checks...you shouldn't have chosen sides at all! You have no idea what's going on, nor should you know. You just lost 5 loyal patients for your family practice.

I have been seeing Amy Gruwell here since I was 9 years old and I just want to say she is the most amazing nurse practitioner I have ever worked with. She is so caring, knowledgeable, and very sweet. She genuinely cares about her patients. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
