A year ago I would have given them a 3 star or less but it’s much better since a front desk girl is gone.
The ladies now are friendly and helpful. Whenever I deal with a Karen (I think it’s Karen, glasses sits on right side when I walk in) she is so upbeat and helpful. Never bothered with questions and genuinely wants to help. She’s great to have working with customers. The MA was sweet too that took me back before seeing Dr. I didn’t get her name but she had long black hair. I’m much happier going to Vision Wellness now. My husband and son go there too.

This eye doctor's office is professional, courteous, and quick. I went there to be fitted for contact lenses at 55 years old. I've never worn contacts and the experience was made very easy. Easier than I expected.

While at my industrial work site, a tiny bit of debris stuck under my eyelid. I couldn't flush it out after multiple attempts, and my eye was hurting intensely especially when I blinked. I called Vision Wellness, and they scheduled me for the same day. I had gone to them for a standard check up recently, and the staff and the doctor that saw me were kind and professional. After inspecting my eye and seeing corneal scratches, the doctor flushed my eye and cleaned under my eyelid thoroughly. The major pain was gone immediately, and my eye fully healed over the next week. They take care of their patients. And I really appreciate that.

Staff is caring and efficient. I experienced an eye problem on a weekend. I called and they promptly scheduled a timely appointment providing excellent responsiveness and care!
