Front desk nurse who answers the phone is super rude and aggressive. Talks down to people and talks over people only wanting to say what she wants to say and her opinion than rather actually listen to people. Puts words in people's mouth and treats them like shit when they are panicking over a situation caused by the office.

When I started with this office over a year ago everything seems to be ok but now the office staff is so rude especially the receptionist, no one ever smiles except the nurse. Doctor doesn't communicate will with the Office Mgr. on how office procedures are done. He tells you 1 thing and the OM tells another. He's become rude, he wanted a test that I didn't have the copay for so he tells me to check somewhere else as he goes out the door. It's a COPAY it will be the same no matter where I go, he should know this. I'll NEVER go back, I've had enough of this office & I'm sure they've had enough of me. I wish I could give them a 1/4 star or none at all, how they get any good reviews is beyond me.

I love and adore Dr. Ranginwala and his entire staff. The nurse Danielle is amazing, the receptionists are all very professional, kind and great at what they do. Dr. Ranginwala changed my life by providing me with the medication I needed for my narcolepsy. Without him I couldn't function in every day life. Without a doubt a great doctor for lung, sleep and health issues in general.

Every single time I come here for an appointment, it takes at least 45 min from the start of my appointment to the time I'm finally called back. Then i sit there for another 20-30 minutes. This does not include the time between my early arrival and the appointment time. For example, my last appointment here was for 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:15pm. I did not get called back until 415. That's an hour of waiting. I understand how doctors offices work and an hour wait is unacceptable.

Love Dr Moin Ranginwalla. He has saved my life literally. Always kind and generous. His office staff is very pleasant And they all make your visit to the doctors A pleasant time. I highly recommend him!!

Sat in the waiting room for over an hour past my appointment time, then was prescribed a medicine my insurance needs a pre-authorization for. They refused to submit, claiming "They would just deny it anyway." Then they told me that I needed to tell them what similar medicine my insurance would cover. They were rude, and told me it's not their job to know what medicines they can give, or talk to the insurance company. This is the only doctor I have EVER been to that doesn't have this information, or won't call the insurance company to find out. I wish I could give them negative stars.

Called today no call back, brought information on day breathing test, then they said didn't have it, called back twice, said no information for prescription, or notes from doctor, the receptionist replied, reiterated all information for inhalers even brought them in, again , went to drug mart no prescription. Called again, they said they would relay information to doctor and call at my number no call back , he has appointment on July 5th and supposed to get prescription for Nebultra my dad is ready to run out of regular inhalation solution, gave information for that also,don't understand why the runaround , none of information was with appointment sheet?

I have the utmost respect for Dr. Ranginwala. I have been a patient of his for the last ten years. I have always been able to contact him on the weekends if I am sick. His staff is polite and respectful. Office wait time is minimal. I would highly recommend Dr. Ranginwala.
