The staff here was awesome. They were all very helpful and made something difficult fun and enjoyable. Callie, Steve, and Sarah are all fantastic. I enjoyed working with all of them for different reasons. I feel like they really cared about me and my injury. They definitely had my best interest in mind and wanted me to succeed. Overall a great experience. Callie was my primary pt and I had a blast working with her. She challenged me everyday and made me better. She and I are competitive which made things even more fun because we sometimes would get into it. She was great and I wouldn’t change anything. Very grateful to have worked with her I feel like my progress wouldn’t have been the same anywhere else.

The entire staff is so friendly and I really love how there is always interns or someone observing, so the environment is educational. Ive been to several practices and this is by far my favorite. I started my PT after a fall on the ice injured my lower back. The evaluation with Cailee Bartow was excellent…very professional. She listened to my concerns & developed a plan to relieve my constant pain . I scheduled 2 appointments per week with Cailee. Stephen Leppard was available when my schedule didn’t fit Cailee’s. I also enjoyed working & chatting with the interns who were always available to help & support. Upon graduation my goals of little to no pain were reached & I had several new friends to visit as I signed up for use of the these facilities as “My Gym” 😀

I’ve gone to so many physical therapy offices over the decades. No one could identify what was wrong. After coming here, they identified specific problems and addressed them. They taught me how to realign my hips so that I could walk again. Alysa identified the possibility that I had EDS. I, in fact, did have Ehlers Danlos syndrome, which is driving my back problems. The entire staff from reception to therapists treated me with respect and listened to my concerns. They all are professional and are attentive to issues. I highly recommend this practice.

Went in for issues related to vertigo/vestibular-ocular reflex retraining, I was so dizzy and nauseated/vomiting. Caliee at Nova care was so knowledgeable and helpful/patient with just a few visits she was able to get my symptoms under control and give me exercises to help keep it under control. If you or anyone you know needs help with dizziness don’t hesitate to reach out they are more than willing to assist and are very knowledgeable!
