MUST BE THE WORST EMERGENCY ROOM!!!

Imagine having a pain and the best that they could offer is a seat in the corridor while waiting for CT and laboratory results for nearly 4 hours even if there was an available room!!! Look at the video! These doctors and nurses are all very unprofessional and without empathy at all for a Veteran in pain!

My mother came in for care and Nurse Kristi P was awesome especially her Intravenous skills. She was kind and fully capable of handling any situation given to her. She has effective communication skills and truly deserves a promotion . I highly recommend her as a nurse

I've visited this emergency center twice, once with myself and another time for my daughter. Both experiences were very positive. The check-in process was efficient, and we didn't have to wait long to be seen. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this emergency center.

I’m not reviewing my experience, not my overall experience I’m reviewing the most kind and nearly a visit home momma. Kristi P. Was knowledgeable, kind, validating and above and beyond helpful. I found her engaging and comforting. Although I don’t wish to return to the ER under any circumstances, if I do I’ll feel better seeing Kristi P.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to visit this Hospital during a manic episode. The ER room I was staged in was very dirty, looked like someone had clawed the wall and left marks, the floor was filthy. I repeatedly asked for door to be kept open after the 5th time I raised my voice, the person who took my temp was very rough and not caring of the PTSD signs I was exhibiting. I went in hopes that the would be able to get me calmed down but when I left to get food due to my Suger bottoming out (type2 diabetic) informed them upon intake, I returned and was willing togo back into the ER with my wife, however the Nurse in charge decided to yell at me and belittle me in front of her staff and other patients in the ER waiting room. Due to the fact I use the word I shouldn't have used at her and I walked out. I tried calling a few minutes later to get my paperwork for checkout however they told me I had no paperwork and to stop harassing them? so I had no idea what my condition was I'd later understood that it was a manic episode. I was mistreated and forced treatment I don't believe I needed nor did I want. Treatment to my knowledge from what my wife informed me was four pills and EKG test and they pulled blood 3viles I have no clue what my conditions were because they didn't give me any paperwork less than 24hrs later however I had a bill. Go figure It's difficult to seek help.

I gave it 2 stars because the doctor and nurses were really nice and helped my husband. I would have given them more but in the actual ER there were no rooms. Just curtained off areas with no privacy. We listened to a young couple find out that they had a miscarriage. We can hear them crying. Those poor kids are just devastated. Without any privacy. Crappy hospital

I'm from out of state and had an emergency that led to surgery. These folks took very good care of me the entire way. Compassionate, caring, attentive. I felt like I was in good hands. Thanks to the entire staff!

Dr Choi, MD… worst doctor I’ve ever had.
Seems afraid to even get close to patient.
Very inexperienced or just does not care.
Patient neglect he’d get 5 stars
Sent me out the same way I went in.
Didn’t you take an oath to help the sick? Wow, speechless.

Please don’t go here.
I will not contact you as no one does anything about it.
I now have fear of medical help thanks to this experience. And… I’m still suffering because you neglected to help me.
Not acceptable. I am a human with a heart.
