I used to look forward to going to see my doctor Sidney at New life Medicine and also seeing April and Edna. I have grown to love and trust them with everything ! Now that my favorite doctor , Sidney is gone I don’t want to go back ! It’s giving me anxiety even thinking about it ! How come these companies run off the good ones that actually care and want to help us ? Why can’t the PATIENT be put first like WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE? I’m in nursing school and in my fundamental class , that is the very first thing I learned about patient -centered care …Let me “say” that again …..PATIENT-CENTERED CARE ! Shame on these people for running off the ones who put us ( patients) first! This is the last time they will see me and bill me and I promise …you will lose more ! Hope it was worth it ! And you were only voted number one in the tri- cities ! NOT RICHLANDS ! GOOD LUCK ON KEEPING YOUR QUOTAS!

Being a new patient and having to wait for an hour not even to see a doctor is ridiculous
There excuse was a schedule issues well sounds like you need to do your job correctly
My reason being there was to see a primary for my brain injury and bleeding and that wasn’t important at all to you

I highly not recommend this place useless you can professionally do your job correctly
