I needed an ear wax removal wash and was told on the phone that they would charge me only for that procedure and not for an office call. But when I got there they charged me for the procedure and the office call too. So, what they said wasn't true. Water they used was supposed to be warm but was not, and she squirted the water into my one ear it hurt. When I said something about it she acted as if she didn't hear me, but I know she. Bottom line, I will drive the extra distance to go to Kingsville or Alice than to go back there.

Coleman is wonderful. He referred my husband to a specialist just in time for them to discover early stages of cancer. He had surgery and is cancer free. Thanks to Coleman because of him my husband is fine and cancer free.

We went here for a year and a half. My son had a cough the whole time. It wouldn't go away. The would only perscrible him in breathing treatments which did nothing for him and an albuderal inhaler which it turn out for a ONE YEAR OLD it can give them a HEART ATTACK!!
I had to ask them 4 different times to get a referral to a resapertory specialist and they finally wrote me a referral to Driscoll Children's Pulmonologist. 2 months went by and Driscoll never called me. I took my son to Driscoll Hospital when he got sick again with a fever and I stoped by Pulmonology to check on the referral... THEY NEVER GOT IT.
I went back to his doctor and the women Diana that handles refferals who needs to be fired, said that she sent the refferal. Her excuse all the time is she has so many refferals. I said look my son had some to this clinic 19 times in a year and half and still hasn't seen the specialist. Get on it! She resent it that day. They never got it. Not only that they were booked months before my son could see them.
Long story short I called UT RGV Pediatrics in Edinburgh and my son saw the specialist that week. ( Diana obviously didn't waste her time in asking the wait time and finding another specialist with a shorter time frame.) I swear a monkey has more humanity. There are workers like her that hate her job that join the medical feeled for symply a paycheck.
I was diagnosed the with chronic bronchitis which which was painful and sore to his back and chest from endless coughing.... It was awful. I felt awful. I failed him as a mother. The medical group failed him as providers.
My son was prescribed Symbicor (Steroid+Bronchodilator) twice a day, we removed unnatural cleaning products and he slowly started to cough less and less.
And finally my child was healed.

My personal experience with them was, I went to Falfurrius Medical group with a 105 fever at the beginning of flu season. I waited a whole hour with a fever just for Diana to tell me my new insurance was not a accepted 👊🖐️🎤
So I had to find another doctor after I already waisted an hour there.

Horrible doctors office. The front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. Diana hung up on me. Lied multiple times about not receiving results. It’s been over 4 weeks with no follow up. Get another doctor if possible, these people don’t care and lack any empathy and should NOT be working in this line of work.
