I was looking for a new primary care physician and found about Your Health and Wellness. I'm so glad that I did! After reading about them and the excellent reviews, I had a good feeling about this clinic.
I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. My appointment was with John and he is just an absolute lovely person.
He took the time to get to know my health history and he listened to me. I felt totally at ease with John and the clinic as a whole.
I love what this clinic is all about and I'm glad they are here for all of us.
I am happy that I found this clinic and that John is part of their team.

Dr John is down to earth. He is knowledgeable. He’s kind and he genuinely cares about your health. You can talk to him about any and everything. You don’t have to feel ashamed or embarrassed. He is here to answer all your questions. I like how he’s very open about sexual health, any and all kinds, his staff is knowledgeable and very helpful

Your Health and Wellness is without a doubt the best provider for any kind of health practice I've ever been to. The entire team is professional, kind, easy to work with and super knowledgeable. They work extra hard to be aware of and offer numerous programs for their patients no matter what kind of insurance situation you may or may not have. They are super great with scheduling and also very easy to reach if you need anything. Definitely recommend becoming a patient with them.

The staff here is absolutely awesome! Mark is absolutely the best! He goes above and beyond, and always helps out his patients! I have been going here for a few years, and highly recommend this office if you're looking for a Primary Care! The rest of the staff is also super attentive and pleasant to work with!
Online portal is super interactive and easy to use. Defiantly give them a chance!

Oh my god I wish I could tell every person on this green earth how amazing this practice is. I’ve had the same issues for years and have been repeatedly told to just “lose 5 lbs and try not to stress” or been insanely pressured to get on medication that I knew wouldn’t work for me. Was referred here by a friend and I am so happy I gave it a shot cause I was about to give up on going to the doctors. Ryan was absolutely amazing, listened to all my concerns, and even had advice for things I didn’t realize could be fixed so easily. I have an appointment to get some lab work done but I already know that whatever the results are I can trust this office to take care of me

I recently moved and needed a new Primary Care. I found this practice through my insurance and wanted a gay friendly practice. I saw Ryan Frazer and this has been my best experience with a practice. I felt welcomed and it was easy to open and explain my concerns. I felt cared for and understood.
