This morning I needed to go to urgent care. Since I was a walk-in the staff told me to come right when they opened. The staff were great. Took my insurance information and said they would bill it for me. I saw Dr Brian Harris and he took the time to do a thorough exam as I had been having severe upper respiratory issues. They called in 3 different prescriptions into my pharmacy. I also needed a doctor to sign a TB form me. They were happy to oblige. Since I don’t have my own doctor it was so nice that I was able to see a doctor immediately and not have to wait. Two other doctors I called could schedule me for December and January. I’ll be using this urgent care office again if ever needed.

Very fast to take me in and patch me up after a large open wound. All the staff was super nice and informative during the entire process.

Follow up visit(s) were just as quick and informative. My last visit the doctor not only took care of everything SOOOO good, but was very informative and really gave me everything I needed to finish healing and how to manage it.

Wait times were FAR better than if I went to Emergency and the first co-pay covered all 3 visits. Highly recommend this place.

Dr Brian Harris is in excellent doctor who takes the time to get the right diagnosis and the right treatment. He also takes his time to make sure that the treatment is not painful. Additionally, Dr Harris can tell the difference between an infection and simple inflammation. Not all doctors can easily do that. Highly recommended!

EXER Urgent Care located in at Peninsula Center!! As you enter Their receptionist is kind and very professional. She makes you feel very welcomed and at ease. The forms are sent to you by phone. The forms care not complicated they very easy Peezy, not a complicated Process. The receptionist is ready to Assist you at any time!!
Inside the clinic, the doctors are extremely THE Best. The nurse practitioners are extremely knowledgeable.
The staff is wonderful, helpful and very concerned regarding your health issues. Need I say more?

My experience led to my wellness. They gave me the proper medication‘s. Directions to correct my medical concerns. Yes, My experience was that excellent I will be returning again and again whenever there is a need for My Urgent Care.

I am usually very satisfied with this urgent care because they have always had ER trained doctors on staff. Unfortunately, that policy seems to have changed. Today, instead of being seen by a physician, we were seen by a nurse practitioner named Alma Depizzo.

As a registered nurse myself, I was very disappointed in her professionalism and clinical judgment. My toddler presented with multiple classic symptoms of a possible urinary tract infection. Instead of taking our concerns seriously, she dismissed us immediately, stating that there was “no way” to obtain a urine sample. When I suggested a clean catch, she rolled her eyes. We were eventually able to provide a sample, which proved my point, but throughout the entire encounter her attitude was disrespectful, rushed, and unprofessional. She crossed her arms, gave short dismissive answers, and made it clear she did not want to be there, even though the clinic was not busy.

She also gave incorrect medical advice, claiming that because my son’s penis was not externally inflamed, it was unlikely to be a urinary issue. Any trained medical professional knows that external inflammation is not a reliable sign of a UTI. If I had not been medically educated, I could have been sent home without proper evaluation, which is unsafe and unacceptable.

This type of care is dangerous. Patients deserve providers who are competent, respectful, and attentive, especially when dealing with children. I strongly recommend that this clinic re-evaluate the standards for who they hire to care for patients.

Pretty happy with the convenience of the service and the physicians onsite are very nice. I will say the majority of the time I have come in for myself or my kids, they do take quite a long time. I had only one patient in front of my in the early morning where no one else was there yet and it took a minimum of 45 minutes to get out in a room and another 10 minutes before they came in to see me. So be prepared to wait if you have even a couple people in line ahead of you.

This EXer facility in Peninsula is one of the best you rarely seen.
Clean environment , fast check in.
And the nurse and Dr. Harris were really professional and caring.
Dr. Harris spent quality time to do the exams and explained the details .He built the trust and patient and Dr relationship right away.
I absolutely recommend this facility .
