I first went to Dr Jenn when she was still at her old practice. I believe it was in 2019. I was suffering from intense, chronic mold exposure for years that had compromised my cognitive functions, memory, and general well-being. Dr Jenn diagnosed me with CIRS. Using the Shoemaker Protocol, she put me on a program that helped me to regain my overall health, cognitive functions, and memory. I continue to see Dr Jenn for maintenance now that I am free of mold and my CIRS is under control. I am taking very high quality supplements to maintain all of the progress I have made these past five years or so. Dr Jenn is smart, knowledgeable, and an expert in her field of mold and naturopathic medicine. She also knows exactly what supplements, natural remedies, and other alternative medicines to use to address the health issues of her patients. I referred a friend to Dr Jenn who has also benefitted much from her for non-mold related illness. She is also caring and has a lovely personality. I highly recommend Dr Jenn in the Shoemaker Protocol and as a general naturopathic doctor. Her new practice is bright and has a friendly environment. I see her mostly by telemed now since I live in Tucson, but sometimes I like to visit her in person in the office. The environment there is very welcoming and positive. I highly recommend Dr Jenn.

Dr. Jennifer Smith has provided exceptional care after diagnosing me with and treating CIRS following previous biotoxin exposure. I have seen significant reduction in my symptoms including resolution of headaches, pain, fatigue, and sensitivities. The medication I took cholestyramine and BE spray has been healing along with the other supplements she added to my treatment plan. I recommend anyone who is struggling following biotoxin exposure, whether it be genetic with a triggering exposure, to seek care under her knowledge. Additionally, she actually cares about her patients, which definitely increases trust in her recommendation and treatment plans. And I’m back to running 4 days a week with good energy levels. It is possible to heal and recover with proper treatment.

She looks at the big picture and addresses the root cause for illness/symptoms. She treats complex chronic diseases such as Lyme, Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome aka Mold Illness as well as anything that hinders good health. Their new office offers many modalities for healing in one place.

Dr. Smith is very open minded and works with you as a partner in managing and treating your health for a better quality of life. She is accessible which is wonderful as many doctors are not especially those that deal with chronic disease. Her staff is terrific as well! I am grateful to have her as our doctor!
