Engaging experience. Professional, yet warm and inviting. Shawn listens to my comments, concerns, and questions, but, more than that, he actually hears me. He knows that I know my body the best. His exceptional and intuitive techniques have released tension in my neck, shoulders, and back that has been building for decades. I am ever so grateful.

Omg I left there in tears. Worst therapist I have ever had. I told her specifically what I wanted and that I had had three back surgeries. I said do not touch the lower back. I said I wanted lighting my neck shoulder and head to relax. She pushed on my lower spine leaning on it to rub my upper mid back with her forearm. I started crying I said no do not do that. Honestly then she rubbed with her finger tips and also insisted on trigger point on my neck. I cried the entire time finally I said this is not what I came here for!!! I was very clear and she just wanted to do what she wanted. Her nails were not cut and I have nail marks on my neck also. My five year old could have done a better job. I left there bawling. This was hands down the worst thing experience of my life. I asked for the owners name and they would not give me the name. I was not angry at all just extremely upset and in pain. They would not give me a manager to call or nothing and still charged me for half an hour. My lower back is now bad and if I end up in the emergency they are going to pay for this for the lack of knowledge and doing what I specifically said not to do as well as wrote it down on the paper I signed with health issues. What ever you do do NOT scone to this terrible place. Worst experience of my life sitting in my car crying In agony!!!

I purchased a Groupon for a ninety minute massage . The massage was one of the best I ever had, and I went ahead and booked a second one with the same massage therapist, only to get a call letting me know they needed to schedule me with another. The gal who called seemed offended that I didn't want any other massage therapist, so I chose not to re book. I did ask if the individual who did my massage was still there, and they just wouldn't say. If anything, honesty goes along ways.
I probably won't be back seeing it's just too far of a drive, and now it's not worth it if I can't get the same massage therapist.

They take your ID and take pictures of it to keep on file without telling you in case they have to send you to collections. They will also keep your card on file so they are able to charge you if you don't show up. Spa is also not in a great area, would see homeless people walking around constantly. Spa is also outdated on the inside and could use some renovations. Manager here is also very rude and will smile in your face and talk about you as soon as you leave. My car also got hit and run in the parking lot and of course the cameras in the parking lot don't work.
