The employees are so unprofessional and lack compassion. My husband is diabetic and has a wound on his foot. After a visit to our NP, he was referred to this WCS office. Our NP's office faxed over the Referral Form last week for my husband to see the wound care specialist. My husband was told the office would call him to set up an appt once the form was received. He never received the phone call, so he stopped by the office today. No one was waiting in the waiting room, and there were 2 employees talking behind the front desk. Once my husband got their attention, they asked what he needed, and he asked if they ever received his referral form....they said they had last week, and just hadn't called to set up an appt. They told him that the employee who sets up the appts wasn't there, and he'd have to wait to hear from her to set up an appt or go to the ER to be evaluated. If nothing else, he should have received a phone call acknowledging they received the Referral Form

The wound care clinic has very professional staff, they are always caring and helpful. Teresa Gentry is wonderful, she goes above and beyond to help her patients. The hyperbaric chamber tech Elena is very knowledgeable, very caring, and very experienced in what she is doing. She's very helpful in explaining what is being done. She puts you at ease. Kelly is always very friendly and helpful as well. The whole wound care staff are excellent. I would highly recommend it if you need that type of care, it's the place to go. You are in good hands.

This place is very organized. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. They are very thorough in their carc and take the time to answer All questions. They made sure I had supplies needed when I was unable to get them! Would highly recommend them if you're in need of wound care. They even called to check on me when I had to go into the hospital.

These people are very professional and very friendly. My wife Linda is receiving care for a foot wound, they are really helping her. Thank God there are still some medical professionals that actually care about people.

I took my dad there and the receptionist was very nice. The nurse not so much. It took an one and half hours for the to work on a wound. I guess they did an alright job they are just slow moving.
