Huge shoutout to the entire OB department!
Last week, we were there with our daughter, whose delivery turned into an unexpected emergency cesarean birth. Dr. Wasserman and the entire team were absolutely incredible—professional, calm, and compassionate every step of the way. They continued to check on her even a week later. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or outcome. Thank you all for the exceptional care!

Dr Kinkade told me all of my symptoms were normal at the end of pregnancy, I had preeclampsia and postpartum preeclampsia due to her not listening to my concern had to get an emergency induction because I went to l&d for a headache. Richardson did great with delivering my daughter, and I had the best nurses in labor and delivery. I don't recommend Dr Kinkade though.

Dr. Richardson is the best OB around and has always made me feel so comfortable! Any concerns I had he always sat and listened and then helped find a solution or just reassured me that things would be okay. I always felt safe, heard, and understood when I came in for a visit even if it dealt with sensitive topics he always made me feel okay at the end of my appointment! I would recommend him to anyone that is wanting a new OB.

Dr. Evans is hands down the best OB/GYN. (And the nursing staff, especially Ivy and Sunnee) He helped me with a successful Vbac after Dr. Richardson screwed up my first delivery. I felt like it was robbed from me and Evans made up another doctors mistakes! Thank you Dr. Evans. I recommend him to EVERYONE.

I spoke with Dr. Greenbaums assistant on 12/14 IN PERSON about having blood drawn for testing (and she said that she will be the one to do it) and she scheduled me for 8:40am on 12/15. I begin to check in, and the receptionist tells me that I’m not even on the schedule when I have a confirmation email to prove it. Then I’m told that I would have to reschedule my appointment. Finally they send someone up here to talk to me and I’m now in a room. I’ve been sitting here for an hour, this should have been walk in and walk out. This facility (OBGYN, but probably all areas) is unorganized and unprofessional and couldn’t care less about their patients. All patients deserve the same amount of respect and care. This is deplorable.

I've heard wonderful things about Dr. Richardson, but there's one lady on his staff that's just a horrible person to clients.

My personal experience was when I went in and she came into the room and asked me a bunch of questions. When I told her the birth control I was on helped me out a lot she told me to leave. That I was waisting the doctors time and to just leave.

My friend called in for an emergency surgery consult and the woman told her it wasn't an emergency and refused to schedule her. When my friend's doctor called in to push for the emergency consult the woman told her the same thing.

This woman is a nurse at best and is doing her doctors job and chasing away clients with a stick when SHE deems them unfit.

Dr. Ben Richardson never followed up with me about my uterine health issues that have been debilitating for me for years , Dr Kyrimas was going to help me but she retired and suggested I see him. He never once called to make sure I was ok after the pain he put me through and the unprofessional way I was treated.

This office is amazing. The office staff is great, Lori the MA is absolutely amazing!! Ben Richardson is extremely thoughtful, he really listens to you, and truly does care about his patients. I seriously recommend giving them a call!
