Can't comment on the quality of services but you need to sort out your website. The fact that I have to go through a ridiculously invasive (why exactly do you need to know my address if I'm bringing my dog to you for grooming?) and convoluted signup form and be forced to create an account for yet another half-baked online service, just to find out that I can't see grooming availability nor can I book a grooming appointment online as a new client.

If you're going to go the route of having an online service portal for grooming appointments, then grooming availability should be available and easily viewable. If you're going to go the route of an online service portal, then that portal should be usable by everyone who signs up, not force people to sign up then rug pull the service on some arbitrary requirement that I need to call first for my first appointment.

I obviously have account and sign-up fatigue, especially for poorly designed and implemented services.

We have been very happy with the accommodations and services at Paws CLE since we started with a grooming in November 2023. Our girl always seems eager to visit and happy to head home and rest when we've had her in daycare. The grooming services along with the daycare/boarding really sets this place apart if you are able to take advantage.

This was our first time using PawsCLE grooming service and we couldn’t be happier! We have a big dog (Great Pyrenees) with a complex coat, so I’m always nervous using a new grooming service, but the groomer we worked with was really knowledgeable and did a great job with our boy. This is the best his coat has looked and is a perfect length / thickness for the spring. We also got a report card with a picture (attached) where he was described as “wiggly, curious, and stubborn” but also “lazy” 😂! Which checks out. Looking forward to using them again.

Jocelyn did a fabulous, fabulous job grooming our elderly, anxious pup! The best haircut she’s had in years. Everyone we interacted with at Paws CLE was friendly and professional. The intake process was thorough and easy to do online. We will definitely return.
