Not even worth the drive, I've been there multiple times to get appointment, have all my records transferred there and then I get sick nd they refuse to see me, nd tell me I need to go back to Owensboro. I live in morganfield now, so I'm not driving all the way to Owensboro, I work a fulltime job plus take care of 2 disabled family members.

DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
I've called three separate times trying to make an appointment. First, I asked if they took my insurance and was told, "I'm not sure." The next time I asked something else and was told, "I don't know." Today, I explained my driver's license is expired and that I don't have transportation to go get it renewed, but wanted to know if that would keep me from being seen. "I'm not really sure." When I asked if there was any way she could be bothered to find out for sure since I would be walking 5 miles to the appointment and didn't want to do that only to be told I couldn't be seen, she placed me on hold and then came back and said, "You have to have a valid driver's license." To see a Nurse Practioner? Okay. I told her I'd just see how long it took me to die after my current medications run out and she said, "Okay, you have a nice day." Hey, at least she told me to have a nice day. Head on down the road, folks. If the so-called medical professionals here don't know any more than the staff, you'd be better off taking an aspirin at home and calling it a day.
UPDATE:
Made the mistake of finally getting in. Called yesterday first thing and said I was having a medical crisis and asked if the "nurse practitioner" could please call me. Over an hour later, her nurse calls. I tell her she can't help me, so the "nurse practitioner" NEVER bothers to call back. Called today to tell them to just forget it, I don't need them. They called the police and had them sent to my home to threaten me. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

I love all the staff and Brenda Lee knows her stuff, She is very straight forward with explaining what she is doing and what the health plan is for treating whatever it is that you came in for. I'm glad our community has this option when it comes to healthcare. Always having a good experience when you walk in the door.

The provider there Brenda Lee always gives my family including 4 kids the care they need. She see them much more then their primary care pediatrician office as that office rarely has sick day appointments. Her staff members are helpful and facility is very clean.
