I’ve been going to New York Smile Institute for the past 7 years, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. The staff is always super professional, kind, and on top of everything — they make each visit smooth and stress-free.

What I really appreciate is how well they listen. Every time I’ve had a concern or question, they’ve taken the time to talk it through with me. Dr. Dean and team always explains all the treatment options, so I can make informed decisions without feeling rushed or pressured. It’s very collaborative, which makes me feel confident and respected as a patient.

The hygienists are great — gentle but thorough — and the front desk team is always friendly and efficient. The office itself is clean, calm, and really well run.

The best dental office experience. I am a dentist and have observed Dr. Dean and his associates helping patients for years. They are an amazing group of the most talented and caring dentists I have ever met. Dr. Dean has helped me for than 20 years be the best dentist I can be. I am so appreciative of him. The staff are dedicated, kind and intelligent. Dr. Dean's associates are hard working and talented. This is THE office if you need dental care in NYC!!!

I have been a patient of New York Smile Institute and Dr. Dean since 2011. Every six months for years I have come in for cleanings (amazing, btw). I have never had a cavity, but when I had an emergency I got an appointment for the very next morning! I did not have cavities after all, but needed fillings from brushing too hard!! Dr. Claudio Franco not only matched the fillings to my teeth, but also performed the procedure without pain and in less than an hour!! Incredible!! Thank you! Love you guys! The best!!

Dr. Dean is truly one of the most exceptional dentists I’ve ever had the privilege of being treated by. After multiple unsuccessful attempts by other providers to restore my dental implant, Dr. Dean was the one who finally got it right. Dr. Dean and his oral surgeon doctor Marcelo go above and beyond to make their patients feel special and at home.. In addition, every member of their staff is friendly and hospitable.. My wife needed seven extractions and had an extremely bad phobia of the dentist. She had put off coming to the dentist for many years. Once she met Dr. Dean and Dr. marcelo she automatically felt relaxed and calm. Now she is halfway through the process and enjoys every visit to the dentist. She says that they have changed her life forever.. She currently has temporary veneers, however, our confidence has gone through the roof. She is super excited to finish the process and get her permanent veneers.. If you are Looking for class A dental care, then, look no more!! Don’t waste your time searching. This dentist is 1 in a million. Come for a consultation and you’ll see what I mean !!

My experience is always wonderful. From my encounter with the front desk staff and my doctor's assistant who greet you with a smile and are very attentive and engaging - to my doctor - Dr. Young, his wealth of knowledge and experience with my very complicated dental case. I have been traumatized in the past and am left with only 1/2 my original teeth (the rest are implants). Dr. Young is doing everything in his power to ensure my remaining teeth are protected and stay healthy. I am very pleased with his work, the quality of his lab and look forward to when my mouth is fully restored to as close to my original teeth / jaw alignment as possible.
