I am a physical therapist and I recently had a fantastic experience working with this office for a patient who is having a very difficult time. I consulted with either a nurse or physician's assistant on the phone about this patient. They were very gracious attentive and helpful and helped me find the appropriate solution.
I talk with a lot of doctors and nurses on a daily basis, but their professionalism and helpfulness were much better than I am used to. I would recommend Dr. Swanson and his team to any patients looking for A primary care physician

The Doctor sabotaged my healthcare, the worst doctor I have ever been too. Does the bare minimum to avoid, lawsuits and medical board complaints. I made a medical board complaint and a hospital complaint on Joel Swanson. St. Als thinks he is okay, no action necessary on their part, so therefore St. ALS offers substandard care like St. Lukes!!! This review would be negative trillion, he is that callous, and vindictive.

I am currently a patient of Dr. Joel Swanson and have been seeing him for the past 18 months. He has been more business-like than many other physicians, but very efficient in a good way. He is usually punctual, types his notes while you're with him and provides copies from the visit to reflect on. He is a good listener, does a physical examination of the body on each visit, gets lab tests ordered or x-rays and refers when appropriate to specialists. I am very pleased with him.
