Lindsey is a nurse practitioner here. She is absolutely fantastic with the little ones. I’ve also had to call once after hours and the nurse was so friendly & informative. Dr. Underhill is my kiddo’s primary, my boys love him. Kylie & Jessica are MA/RNS that have helped us out. Everyone is so friendly.

We see Lorrie and she is fantastic. She always listens to my concerns about the kids and really cares about their wellbeing. We love her. We've been there for over 7 years and have NEVER had an issue with rude staff or anything else. I would recommend Lorrie to anyone.

I waited for our provider for 45 minutes after a somewhat evaluation from a student. Just to be told our visit was over, before actually seeing the provider. She never once came in our room. Was sent home with a sick 4 yr old. All I was told was, "she doesn't have covid". K.D Lang is the worse Nurse Practitioner for children, in my opinion. Here we are 2 weeks later, my daughter is still sick! The office staff are very nice tho..

Do not take your children here. As first time parents we have questions about everything
Dr Underhill takes the time to answer no matter how silly the question. As much as we love him with our 3 month old daughter, we will not be bringing our child back here. My baby was very ill, running a temp, couldn't eat or sleep for 2 days, and other things going on as well. I called to make an appointment. After explaining everything going on the very rude receptionist had the nerve to say " Sorry lady your not the only one with a sick kid. Call back next week". I immediately told her we would not be bringing her back and hung up. My advice is to find a dr office that actually cares about your child's wellbeing.

Dr. Heather Richardson has been seeing both my daughters since birth. Love her and my kids love her. I couldn’t imagine ever seeing another pediatrician!!

So if were late they Threaten to ban us from coming here but yet Told me the DR was running behind and wasnt there yet when my APT was at 8am 30 minutes later the DR arrives Thats ok for them to do?

They lied about what happened over the phone, and refused for 2 days an appt for both my kids and the you get needed an antibiotic.
