Excellent staff and people . Anytime I came to the facility I was always greeted with a smile. KASH-Rehab director was amazing ans always addressed our concerns. Eric was very helpful with providing us with discharge planning and Kelsha at the front desk always greeted us with a smile . OUR EXPERIENCE AS A FAMILY WAS GREAT!

I would like to say congratulations to Thrive Rehab in Pearland today. This is a nice place. Kelsey Woods is great with her patients and vendors. I always feel so welcome when I go volunteer or visit! Eric, the social worker....is super nice! Always makes time to say hello. The receptionist is friendly and ready to help . The patients here look happy and clean all the time. I would recommend this for anyone needing rehabilitation in Pearland. Thank you THRIVE. You live up to your name!

First of all, I am NOT a staff member. As a family member, I am extremely impressed. The level of care exceeds our expectations. Kelsey has been so helpful and extremely friendly. Glen has been great getting us Medicare information. Dena has been great also! CNA Jerome has been every where he needed. The food is delicious! We simply cannot say enough about our experience here at Thrive! This has been difficult to be away from my hubby and Thrive has made a difficult situation so much better!

I recently had the opportunity to experience Thrive Rehab in Pearland, Texas, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The team here truly goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care. I want to especially highlight Miss Ethel, the charge nurse. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with warmth and kindness. Her genuine smile and caring attitude made my sister feel at ease during what could have been a stressful time.

Miss Ethel is not only a remarkable nurse but also an excellent leader. She took the time to address all our concerns and was always available to answer any questions we had. Her compassion and dedication to her patients shine through in everything she does. It's clear that she is passionate about her work, and that makes a world of difference in a rehabilitation setting.

I would also like to acknowledge Dreka, the CNA, and Matylinann, who offered wonderful support throughout our stay. Additionally, Patsy, the wound care nurse, was fantastic in ensuring my sister received the best care possible. Each member of the team played a vital role in the recovery process.

First I would like to say that this facility is amazing, it’s so clean a spacious. The staff is outstanding, they go above and beyond to meet all of my needs. Information about any issues that I had was handled appropriately and in a timely manner. The food is amazing! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Thrive Rehab of Pearland is a disgraceful excuse for a healthcare facility, staffed by rude, negligent individuals who clearly have no regard for their patients’ well-being. My aunt’s experience here was nothing short of horrifying. The staff ignored vital medical information, putting her health in jeopardy due to sheer laziness and incompetence. Their bedside manner was appalling, showing a complete lack of empathy and professionalism.

The director pretends to care, but in reality, they are unfit to lead and incapable of running a facility that is supposed to provide care and rehabilitation. The charge nurse is lazy, lacks compassion, and seems clueless about how to properly manage patients…a dangerous combination for anyone trusting them with a loved one’s health.

If you are even considering placing someone you care about in this facility, DON’T. Run, and run fast. This place is a nightmare, and no one deserves the neglect and substandard care that my aunt endured. Find a place where your loved one will receive the quality care and dignity they deserve because Thrive Rehab of Pearland is not it.

Avoid this place at all cost. Their good reviews are coming from their staff. They are extremely lazy and rude. They will leave their patients in soiled diapers for hours and neglect them when it matters. When asked why certain measures weren't done to prevent health decline, their answer is, I don't know. No one takes responsibility for anything. Some of the staff members aren't even qualified for the jobs they are doing. If you want to keep your loved one alive, keep them as far away from this place as possible. Glad my loved one is no longer there. They honestly need to be shut down.
