I’ve dealt with depression for over two years now. I finally reached the point that I needed medication and was referred to Spring Life. Upon visiting my last appointment I was told I would receive a phone call for my next appointment. I never received a phone call. My medication was slowly running out so I called up there to see what was going on and was told my insurance was no longer accepted. No phone call. No email. No communication. Completely dropped me as a patient with no warning. Claimed there was an appointment scheduled that I missed and I had received a paper only AFTER I had caused a huge fuss. If I had missed an appointment, why not call me? They told me to go to the Emergency Room if I was in crisis and needed my medication because there was nothing they could do. As if I have the time or money to do that. If you’re suffering from mental illness, please stay as far away from Spring Life as you can. They will be of no help to you. I can only imagine if my situation were worse and I was suicidal what would have happened. I’m certain that their would have been zero hesitation to report them for negligence. Spring Life does not value their patients and cares nothing about their mental health. Please seek any other Behavioral Center if available to you to avoid what I’ve experienced.
