Dr. Sturn is calm and to the point. I appreciate the service he’s provided this far, however, the staff needs more customer service skill to attend patients and the public. While trying to resolve a billing discrepancy from their negligence, they gave attitude and hung up the phone multiple times. This in my opinion should be unacceptable

Literally the worst experience I had with a Doctor's office. Stephen Sturn is rude, disrespectful and pretentious and so is the receptionist Shawnese. Literally hate calling this man a Dr. because he doesn't deserve the respect. This guy cut me off when I was talking to him in his office and he had a very hostile energy. I had to get up and leave before things escalated. I called about a medication and she snapped and said "Dr. Sturn doesn't want to fill it !!!" Then she called me a child. I'm talking straight hoodrat vibes here. She even told me that Dr. Sturn found her resume in the trash. Probably because whoever interviewed her had common sense and it obviously wasn't Sturn....I've gotten better customer service at the DMV and that's saying something!! There's no room for this kind of unprofessionalism at a Dr's office.
You'd expect this kind of service from a gas station clerk at 3am in the morning lol. Someone else left a bad review on here too so it ain't just me that feels like this. It's obvious any good reviews on here were from when there was different staff and when Dr. Sturn was a happier person....either they get it together or lose more patients. God bless them and good luck to their practice.

Made a new patient appointment. Showed up for the date I was confirmed for, and even got a nice text message reminder for my appointment check-in from them on my phone as I arrived. I was told, I made a mistake and my appointment wasn't until an entire month out. They were nice enough to "fit me in" at the next time window 15 minutes later but I waited in the waitroom for over an hour past the new appointment window. I value the time of the doctor and their staff but it's apparent this place doesn't feel the same way.

Dr. Sturn and his staff are absolutely phenominal. My son had to go to his office to take a phyical. He made my son fell comfortable throughout the entire physical. Doctors like Dr. Sturn are hard to come by. He even educated my son who is a math wiz with something new to add to his kit bag... Oh... His staff was outstanding too... They made you feel at home from the time you walked into the office until you left...
