I unfortunately endured a deep cut to my hand and had to go Urgent Care. I had the most pleasant experience at this location. I was greeted with so much warmth and professionalism from Morgan at the front desk. Nurse Janell was amazing in making sure I was taken care of. I felt seen, heard, and like we've met before. She was very attentive and personable. I had to have stitches and Dr. John was so awesome. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what was happening. He has amazing bedside manners and make you feel comfortable and assures you that you can trust him. The entire staff was excellent and facility was very clean. 10 out of 10 experience and I had little to no wait. Of course with any Urgent Care your wait time depends on the day, today I was very lucky!

I checked in online from home, hoping to save time, but the wait was still extremely long. The front desk receptionist was very unhelpful and seemed completely unwilling to assist patients. People were being turned away, and there was no effort to provide clear information or support. We ended up leaving and going to another CareNow location where the service was much better. Good customer care is essential, especially in healthcare, and unfortunately, this location really missed the mark.

The facility is exceptionally clean and pleasant, with a delightful aroma. The young woman at the front desk was welcoming and greeted me with a gentle smile. She was also prompt and friendly, creating a comforting atmosphere that made the visit more bearable, especially when not feeling well.

However, my experience changed once I interacted with Aundre. When he called my name to proceed to the back, his tone conveyed a distinct lack of interest, suggesting that he did not wish to be bothered. He instructed me on which room to go to without demonstrating any bedside manner. There was no attempt to engage in conversation to eveb say hello or inquire about my day; his demeanor came across as rude and dismissive. His body language also suggested a desire to expedite the process rather than provide care.

This is not my first encounter with such behavior from him, and I believe this conduct is unacceptable. I felt it necessary to share my experience in this review. On a positive note, the doctor was courteous and exhibited excellent bedside manner, which contributed positively to my visit.

The staff was amazing. I love how they have Web check-in, which makes the process a lot faster. Morgan the front desk she was very sweet and amazing. She definitely brightened my day. Dan the nurse was amazing as well took very good care of me and Doctor Deagan was really able to listen to what I had to say and took very good care of me. She definitely made me feel better and gave me really good advice to better help my symptom overall the clinic in the staff was very clean. Very amazing even though I was feeling really sick, they definitely bring my day.

Morgan at the front desk was attentive and quick to get us checked in. She was super friendly and her smile made us feel at ease. Jenell, the nurse, was extremely patient and made us feel at ease from the moment we stepped into the back. She was gentle and made us feel super welcome and comfortable. Dr. Deagan was quick and friendly. She had us in and out in no time.

Hands down, this is the best service and location I’ve been to!

I was on vacation and needed to go to an urgent care. I found this place and filled out the form that was conveniently online. It took no time at all. I paid my copay, made a joke about using the receptionists’ card to pay for my copay and it cracked everybody up. I knew I was at home. This is the place to go! This team has my respect! They were very personable and professional at what they did!

A company I work for is trying to figure out how to get team chemistry and this team, has it figured out!

I came in to do my DOT physical test and let me tell you about it. It was amazing. I loved the treatment everybody is very friendly and very professional. Morgan, Ashley, And Janell made me feel welcome from the moment I walk in the urgent care.. and the whole process was very fast.. best urgent care i been to so far.. with lovely beautiful people ❤️

very kind people front desk lady, Morgan, was very nice and explained everything to me that i didn’t understand! DR.Kim was very sweet and helpful! they were running 20 minutes behind with a few things so i had to wait but i don’t mind waiting! the lad tech, madilyn, and nurse jenell had my results back in a timely manner! over all great people amazing clinic
