This place is an absolute joke. No way to contact anyone in scheduling for patient concerns or problems or to get the patient on the schedule. Its always a transfer to scheduling and leave a message, noone at any time will call you back. I know this because i called 4 x in the last year to get my loved one on the schedule with no call back. My FIL hasn't been seen in almost 2 years but somehow his refills are always called in. This place is terrible. I do not recommend! I can't post this unless I give them 1 Star. Not deserving of any star rating.

My husband is in assisted living and was given a Nurse Practioner to oversee him. He has been steadily going down hill since he's been there (3 months), has been to the ER for abdominal pain and another time for glucose level of 34. I tried to have his care transferred to his previous doctor but was bullied into staying with the NP. They won't even let me reach the doctor who is with Western Reserve who treated him in the hospital. The indifference level is astounding: he was 8/10 on pain but was told to wait 6 weeks to see if the GERD meds would help. He had glucose of 34 on a blood test just days before he passed out. Do not trust this group to your loved ones.

My husband requires an in-home medical provider and he is in good hands with the very capable, thorough, and experienced provider, Mary Thiel, APRN. She routinely comes to our home monthly to assesses my husband, who has complex medical issues, and prescribes his medications, supplies, and equipment. She makes herself available to any acute problems that may arise and is very responsive with excellent interventions. Not only is my husband in good hands, but as his caregiver, I am comforted in knowing anything that arises will be handled appropriately. I highly recommend Abode Care Partners - Mary Thiel, APRN.

Horrible office staff. I’ve never dealt with a staff that absolutely refused to help their patients. I called and left messages for 6 weeks in an attempt to get supplies for my 85 yr old bedridden father. No one would help me. No return calls. I had to sit and call 27 times in a row to get someone to answer. Horrible nursing to refuse their patients help. F-, do not use.

When someone goes above and beyond post-COVID in a medical office facility - it 100% needs to be recognized….so medical group administrators please pass on to “Jen” Genna G. that I am thankful for her kind heart and willingness to help me contact Dr Anstadt to get a much needed document signed - she is a gem of a person and she made that doctor and your practice look great. I would not recommend this place to anyone there is no communication you call and call and you never get a response from anyone I just wonder how many gave up their Dr's to go with Abode and now are left without a Dr to get our medicine we are in our seventies and we thought this would help us so much my husband has parkinson and dementia and this would have been so great for us but the last couple of months it has went down hill really bad nurse didn't show up for our appointment and can't get anyone to let us know what happened very bad business it is the one in Dayton Ohio don't know how the other ones work.
