Great little doc in the box. Doctors take some time with patients and give clear explanations. Check-in is a bit more complicated than maybe it should be, with texts, emails and a human. Stick with the human. Wait times can vary but are usually not terrible.

Worth the wait. You can't blame them for making you wait when there's a sudden procedure that has to be done before your appointment right? I finally met with Jennifer who then after our consultation turned me over to Juan. They were both great. I feel that I'm already on the mend. It's a comfort to know that there is an X-ray machine if/when needed.

I was very impressed with the service that I received today. From the warm reception, to the nurse, the doctor, all the way to the x-ray technician, my time here was very pleasant. Everyone was so kind. The wait time was not long at all. In addition, the doctor showed great compassion. He explained everything to me and referred me to a specialist. This location was the only one near me that had an x-ray machine. I am so grateful to have been treated by this amazing medical staff. Everyone seemed to care a great deal about my well-being. Other than my knee, the experience was wonderful.

At first I thought this would be a great experience for an urgent care visit. You can sign in online and so I did that. The online portal tells you how many people are ahead of you and your estimated visit time. My estimated visit time was two hours after my sign in and there 16 people in front of me. When it got down to 1 person ahead of me I left my house and arrived at the urgent care 3 minutes before my ‘estimated’ appointment time. When I arrived someone got called into a room, so I checked to see if the system stated that I was next. It did not. 6 more people were called and the system still said that only 1 person was ahead of me. Two for X-rays so I understand that. I knew there would be some sort of wait but the online portal is extremely unreliable and inaccurate. At one point I heard the front desk lady tell a patient that only one person was ahead of him. She said the same to another woman a few minutes later. All the while the portal is saying only one person is ahead of me. One hour later and I’m still sitting in the waiting room waiting to be called. In addition, the waiting room is hot, if I would have known of the additional wait time I would’ve sat and waited in my car or AT HOME like I did for the previous two hours.

I went to MD Now west Delray the morning after I tripped leaving work. As I sprawled in the parking lot I felt a sharp pain in my calf and was barely able to get up and walk to my car. Next morning I called out work and checjed the two close by care providers. MD Now had a much shorter waiting list and estimated time than Emergency Docs so I gave MD Now a try. Check in could be completed online, and I was able to reserve a place in line before I arrived. Waited about 10 minutes. The doctor was empathetic and quickly determined the calf was simply strained and bruised and I should be good to go sooner than later. 2 prescriptions and a referral to an orthopedic doctor, in case the condition worsened, and I was on my way, feeling relieved. They took my insurance and collected $25 for the visit. No ER nightmare, or absurd costs.

The staff Kaylah & Dr. Adam were helpful & kind. But your website is deceptive and misleading. I booked what I thought was an appointment on line, received a confirmation from you only to be told when I arrived the facility was walk in only! My wait was 1.5 hours. Everyone who came after me had the same experience. So change your website to avoid confusion and frustration. Either accept appointments or clearly state walk ins only!!

This is the Worst Urgent care I have ever experienced—be sure that I will post on my 55+community portal my experience and recommendation to avoid your service. Only the PA was satisfactory—
-I waited almost 3 hours before seeing the PA although 7 persons that arrived after me, were seen by the PA before me—I was told because they were either prior patients Or signed on on-line…although I phone called an hour before my 12:10pm arrival and was told it could be approximately an hour wait—I was Not told to log on, but rather to walk in.
Additionally, when attended by the MA—she was Not wearing a mask, sneezed into her hands and did Not use sanitize, and continued to take my vitals…totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
You may be assured I will Never use your service again!!
