I just had a root canal done in the same location where the Stevenson Family Dentistry is located and needed an immediate temporary crown put on my tooth. In addition, a permanent crown had fallen off the day before and needed to be reglued. I was having difficulties communicating with the dentist office, who had previously worked on my crowns, so I decided to check with Dr. Stevenson's office to see if they would be able to glue my crowns back on. Carrie, one of the staff was at the front desk when I walked in. As soon as I explained my problem, she quickly made me feel welcomed and showed concern over my dilemma. I had been worried they would send me back to my original dentist, and I would have had to wait several days for an appointment. However, to my surprise Carrie made arrangements for Dr. Stevenson to see me right away that same afternoon, and I realized that I was in good hands! Dr. Stevenson took his time in explaining the pros and cons of gluing on my crowns and was very patient in making sure the crowns were adjusted properly. The job was not as simple as I thought it would be, and Dr. Stevenson had to spend a lot of time working on my crowns, however, he made me feel comfortable. I was able to talk to him and I knew he listened to what I had to say. He did a wonderful job. My mouth did not hurt the next day. His staff was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate how I was treated and how everyone took the extra step to help me. I want to thank them for going above and beyond for a person who was not even their client at the time I walked in.

So far, so good! Everyone in this office is so kind and friendly and takes their time with you. We have never felt rushed or like just another paycheck. Dr Stevenson explains everything, talks directly to my 13 year old son with respect and seems to know his stuff. We are starting orthodontics with them and appreciate their whole body/airway approach.

My son is only four and got frustrated with his first dentist during the process of filling one of the tooth holes. My colleague recommended Dr Stevenson who was her son’s dentist and said he is super nice, patient and very skilled to get a long with kids. She is right. We had a very nice experience during the first time visit. I was impressed by the comprehensive assessment of the teeth status of my son which I never heard from his first dentist. To make everything clear to us, he even drew and illustrated the teeth and explained in a way we can understand. While Dr. Stevenson is talking to us, the nurse is playing very friendly with my son. I am also impressed by the beautiful smiles and patience from his wife when we came in and were all set. I can tell they are professional and serious to each patient including my son. I really strongly recommend Dr Stevenson and his team to parents who are looking for an excellent and responsible dentist! ! Don’t hesitate! He is the right choice!
