I severe anxiety and absolute hate the dentist. However, this practice was phenomenal. Hannah was my hygienist and she was lovely. She explained everything and made feel comfortable. Dr Nicole was nice and explained my care. The front desk crew were super nice as well. Overall exceptional care. I promise you won't hate your experience.

From the moment I walked into Designer Dentistry I knew my experience was going to be unique. The office feels inviting and calm, with a little hidden nook for little ones to play. The receptionist was out so the scheduler/biller assisted me in check-in. She was courteous and more than helpful later when I received my estimate for services. My care team was exceptional and Dr. Z (as her team calls her) was exactly the type of provider I’ve been looking for. This team of caring, female professionals will continue to have my business for years to come. Thank you all for making a difficult trip for me actually pleasant, relaxing and rewarding.

I've been a patient since 2009. Experiences in the office have always been good except for yesterday. Had a different hygenist this time, probably due to scheduling conflict, and had floride applied to my teeth without my permission or consent when my cleaning was done. Price and if I want it done this time WAS NEVER DISCUSSED.

When i called this morning to go over my bill and cost, they said i had xyz done and what was charged. front desk said they weren't back there when I had my appointment so they couldn't attest to what happened and insisted on listing every appointment I had had floride done over the phone. As if I was lying about this appointment. I know what floride is. But I didn't authorize it or consent to it. We never even talked about it this visit, PERIOD. Especially when i have to pay out of pocket for it at the end of the visit. Buy I got charged for it anyway. Front desk said they'll let the dentist know what happened. I asked if something would be done or if I'd even get a call back. Or if I should just not expect anything. She said she'd call me back.

I don't appreciate being called a liar, esp when I've been coming there since 2009. And have never had issues until yesterday.

Because of this, I will most likely be finding another dentist. I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled.

Let me start by saying the dentist office causes me anxiety at times. I have never been able to get comfortable, therefore i had never been to consecutive visits anywhere.
Well I am 3 visits in now and I have found my spot! This is the absolute best place in town to go. Cassie and the girls up front are awesome. The doc and hygenists are super professional and put me at ease. Now its a piece of cake to go...10 stars

These guys sold me a $400 dental appliance that actually hurt me (and didn't work) and then I had the rudest dentist ever which was the last straw. I moved onto a different dentist because of this. I never got my money back for the dental appliance either.

I wish I would have saved evidence for a lawyer.
