This place is a real gem! As a veteran patient I can’t say enough good things about it. Everyone is very caring including Dr Pensavalle, Dr Lipow, Lisa the office manager, all front desk ladies and the aides. I’ve had 10yrs history of vertigo (unknown reasons, nothing found in MRIs). Every time I had an episode I keep coming back here. They have state of the art equipment and noticeable improvements were seen within 6-8 weeks treatment which is amazing. Truly truly grateful that I found this place. ♥️

I completed my Balance Therapy at FYZICAL in New Hyde Park in mid September after completing 16 sessions. I had stumbled a few times in the house and my doctor suggested Balance Therapy at FYZICAL. I called and got an appointment in a few days.
I met Dr. David Lipow at the initial appointment. He is a very dedicated and friendly therapist. Patients and staff call him Dave at his request. All the staff are very friendly and well trained, and happy to answer any questions or concerns about the equipment or exercises. And the equipment is amazing and I found it very interesting and I actually enjoyed using it.

I had dizziness due to cerviogenic vertigo. My neurologist recommended me to Fyzical Therapy. I was given a balance test and started therapy to improve my balance. Within a couple of weeks I saw a big improvement and my dizziness is completely gone. I would like to thank Dr. Pensavalle and his wonderful staff for treating me. I would highly recommend Fyzical Therapy to anyone who has experienced any problems with balance or dizziness.

Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center is an incredible therapy facility. They have state of the art equipment and the staff is extremely knowledgeable on how to treat a wide array of injuries/balance and gait issues. I can't thank the staff enough for what they have done for me. When I told my ENT Doctor of my unsteady gait, he recommended FYZICAL Therapy, with the added statement, "I would refer my mother there for therapy." (Now I know he loves his mother dearly).

On my first visit, I walked from the parking lot to the facility with the aide of my cane, subsequent visits were cane free. The atmosphere in the facility is one of "fresh air."

The entire staff is cordial. The rich blend of professionalism coupled with the interpersonal relationship amongst the staff and clientele is an added attraction.

I am grateful to the entire staff for their expertise and for he various equipment they used to enhance my improvement. My self-confidence has been boosted as I now walk with a steadier gait.

I shall willingly share the good news of FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center.
