when I first started my therapy after my rotator cuff surgery, I didn’t think I would ever be able to move it again but my therapist Mary has been incredible. She has shown me different exercises to do when I’m at therapy when I’m at home I’m able to move the rotator cuff and the bicep much more than what I was doing before without the difficulty. She’s very patient with me. She doesn’t push me further than I feel like I can go, and she’s very encouraging I would recommend her and NovaCare to anybody that needs therapy

Sasha as receptionist was awesome and very friendly. I was having terrible vertigo and they got me scheduled the same day I called. Megan was fantastic as my PT. She provided instant relief, and taught me a lot about prevention and caring for my neck. Megan is very professional, friendly and just plain great at her job. Recommend !

I chose NovaCare for my rehab after my second hip replacement. I had used PT before several times for rehab and honestly had never been impressed by the treatment or results. NovaCare changed my mind. I have the pleasure of working with Megan who is so knowledgeable and shares that knowledge freely. The center itself is very clean and all the staff is very friendly. I have never had to wait for an appointment. I highly recommend this center. Don't expect to be babied though, rehab is work and they take their job seriously, as they should. I really appreciate that.

My PT at NovaCare is a professional and she's knows what she's doing. Even though this my second week my legs feel stronger than before. She also gives me simple instructions to help my legs before I go to bed at night. When my bones and feet start to crack because I stretch out my feet and legs it feels really great. Mike was very kind and knowledgeable. He was able to pinpoint my back problem better than orthopedic spine surgeon and address it. I was more impressed with his professionalism and hospitality. He always had a smile and was upbeat. I was late a couple times and he was able to squeeze me in anyway. He even called me when I overslept. He reminded me of my mom in that moment because I would have been glad to skip a session, but he was like you need to get your butt in here and get it done. I could tell he loves his work and was genuinely wanting me to be healthier. And overall through my time and observation there I could tell that other staff genuinely wanted patients to have a good experience and get better. The overworked and probably underpaid secretary was even good at not messing up my claim and being very nice. Novacare Forest Park Comes highly recommend.

The therapists at this facility are excellent and provide exceptional care. Everyone is friendly and encouraging.
I needed therapy years ago and was really impressed by the care provided at this location. I returned again just a week ago with a worse issue. The therapist did a thorough evaluation and discussed the plan of care to help alleviate the problem.
