Our child went through diagnostic testing SEVEN months ago. We have been repeatedly promised the certified diagnosis would be provided soon. We are still waiting and our child desperately needs services.

Update on 2025.06.21.
It has now been 261 days and no diagnosis has been provided.

I will forever be grateful for The Swann Clinic and their amazing staff. Both my son and daughter were diagnosed with ASD. We have been using services with them for about a year and a half and seeing the growth and change in our two kids has been remarkable! They have come so far since they both started and their staff loves them like one of their own. Leisha has been both of their speech therapist and she’s so patient and kind. Heather and Nate have done their OT and it’s incredible to see the growth they’ve had since day one. Becky, Katie, and Landre have always been the best support systems through this whole process and always keep us up to date on how our kids are doing and are always there to help support us both in the clinic and at home. All of the RBT’s at the Swann clinic have also been nothing short of amazing. They work so hard with our kids and care so much about them which makes this whole experience so much easier.

Dr. Swann has also been incredible in this whole experience as she’s been there since day one and has always provided the most support for our family. She diagnosed both of our children and even when someone else performed the test on our daughter, she still showed up just to show her support.

I am so thankful for all of them and the hard work they do day in and day out to help our kiddos have the best life. It’s because of them all as a whole that I have decided to further my education in ABA therapy and for all of that, I will forever be grateful!

"My daughter was 18 months my son 8 years old when Dr. Swann evaluted and diagnosed our children with autism. My daughter started Swann's ABA Clinic when she was two years old. She was only going part time until she was three, because she was still nappin. Around the time she started going full time (40 hrs) a week, she received a communication tablet. This device was completely paid for by Medicaid, thanks to her Speech Therapist. My daughter received OT and Speech Therapy during her clinic time. This saved me so much time and energy driving my daughter to different providers. My daughter is turning 4 in a few months, and is speaking at the same level as her non-autistic peers. She's able to regulate her emotional needs better than her older brother. My son is 10 year old with high functioning autism, and never receive any early interventions. He was already eught years old when he was finally diagnosed. Dr. Swann's BCBA Jenn even helped us potty train our daughter in two weeks. This saves us hundreds of dollars in diapers. She loves to brush her own teeth, and get herself dressed (when she wants to)! Swann's team has even helped me find resources for my son, who wasn't a patient. Pediatric Psychology Services changed our family's life. Saying that this team goes over and beyond, would be an understatement!

I would like to give a big shout out to Swann Clinic , for all the hard work they did with Reymundo! Today he was selected as Student of the Month, and got perfect attendance. His teacher says he is always organizing the room . Lol
