I just left this office and I am profoundly happy this isn't who I trust as my physician. Filthy waiting room and the front counter receptionist was walking around barefoot! In a medical facility?!? That told me everything I need to know abut their quality of care.

My late grandfather did not receive the adequate care needed for his dementia. The progression of his dementia could have been slowed yet it wasn’t. I will never step foot in that place again, and will continue to make it an absolute to let everyone know about my grandfather’s lack of treatment.

I was Dr. Runyon's patient for several years. The quality of care deteriorated severely over the last year+, I never saw Dr. Runyon, just his PA. She gave me some terrible advice, and my Rheumatologist was furious and said it was blatant malpractice. I got Shingles and called to let them know, due to there being pregnant women in the waiting room. I was told definitely not to come. I was given another appointment, but my outbreak was still contagious and once again was told not to come. I wanted to try again when I was not contagious and was told I was being dropped as a patient. I was already looking for a new PCP, as I wasn't getting good care, but I was shocked to find that they BILLED ME FOR THE APPOINTMENTS THEY TOLD ME NOT TO COME! We went back and forth, my insurance refused to pay, as I wasn't seen, so they turned it over to a collection agency!
We pay our bills, but don't appreciate being robbed! Avoid them at all costs! Poor care, billing fraud, and just jerks in general! Oh, and no hospital privileges!

My mother is sick. This doctor was recommended to me since I do not live in the area. I called to check if this facility was accepting new patients. Question: What type of insurance does your mother have? I replied: she has Humana. I was told by the person answering the phone, that this facility has a limited number of patients they accept with Humana insurance and this quota has been filled. When I asked who makes the decision of the number of patients with Humana this practice accepts, I was told THIS practice does, not Humana. I was shocked. So bottom line is if you are not a patient of this practice and you have Humana, you will not be qualified to receive care.

my husband and i vicky brooks, has been going here for years, and we have always been treated fairly, and dr. runyon always takes the time to go over everything with us, and listens to our questions. the nurses are always there if we need them, i think anyone would be happy with this staff, and i am very grateful for them, and i have went to the pa also and she is very good, thank you all
