Rare for me to bring a negative experience… Absolutely horrible experience with this staff. Tried getting correct information to follow policies and she was extremely rude. Theresa even went as far as to publicly comment as the health department on a private event post. Extremely disappointed to see such behavior from someone working at one of the town offices in an official capacity. An official letter of complaint will be filed shortly with the state as she has specifically targeted our business online. We will not go away and will stand strong through the proper channels to bring accountability to this targeted behavior. We are extremely active in the community both as a small business and contributor to non profits etc. So much love to Hanson and the wonderful people we get to work with on a daily basis in the community.

The Administrative Assistant is the worst. Review the meeting minutes, see if they make any sense. What are they hiding ? Ask how many open meeting violations complaints they have ?

I just went to the dump, and the place smells like a dump, that said, the town has forced us to recycle without supplying the proper education on the safety of glass disposal and giving us the proper containers to recycle in. I just cut my hand on glass I was recycling. I am sending a letter to the town telling them of the dangers and if I do get a infection I will send a letter to the state on how the town forced us to recycle. As you know we made changes in the last election, maybe it's time for another before someone gets ill from this problem.. One other problem was the building that we donate bottles and cans for charity. I went into the building today and it smelled like it has never been cleaned out. I saw bottles I put in there over two months ago. That building is a breeding place for Rats and cockroaches. The Board of health needs to address the problem yesterday, not in the future.
