They have long wait times, the staff would ignore calls and claim they preformed their duties when the records show otherwise. Negligence all around.
This one older lady consistently outright snaps at the patients and constantly denies requests for the years i have been coming here.
Seeing their horrible hehavior and practices are consistently happening, I am finally going to another provider and file a compaint. The low ratings speaks for itself.
Find another clinic for your medical needs. These unprofessional behaviors do not belong in healthcare.

Absolutely terrible place from the waiting room to the front office girls who are rude that speak about you In Chaldean which they thought I don’t understand what they’re saying. the doctor he doesn’t let you talk very rude and says things that he really doesn’t follow up on, not to mention that the front office girls say they’re in network with Cigna but now I saw my claim I paid the office for my appointment before even getting seen. By naoumi then I had to wait 3 hours past my time to see him basically they trapped me into waiting by the charge to my card before being seen if you are charged they will tell you that you can’t be seen without payment up front.

I have had such a wonderful experience working with this practice. Both Dr Naiomi and Dr Niam are wonderful doctors who listen to their patients and provide them with the best care. Susan was instrumental in helping me get medication that I has previously been denied for approved. I am so grateful to begin improving my health with new medication that will change my life for the better. I highly recommend this facility for health and wellness!!

TERRIBLE DRs office! Let me start with the worst part, i have my first appointment i come in i explain everything blah blah, the first thing she says "did you change your name in the last year?" I said no? Iv never changed my name, she asked if i was new to the US... i said i was born here....then she said well there is absolutely no record of any dr's or medical history. I was flabbergasted by what she said, luckily i had brought as much paperwork i could find before my appointment. I ran out to my car and brought in years and years of medical records. CRAZY!!!

They dont listen and just tell you anything to get you off the phone or out the door! calling other than to make a appointment is pointless, they never call you back when they say they will, prescriptions dont get sent in with out numerous calls and pulling teeth, and when you call again to follow up they give you a bad attitude every question. Not kind in anyway or any feeling of help .
Iv been here for 5 appointments. Had blood work twice and followed up with everything they wanted me to do , (over a course of a month i came in 3 times as after the first appointment couldn't prescribe me what i needed (wasent on record 😆) , said i needed to come back, i did, no issues, then she sent in (after calling for a week) a 1/8 of what my prescription would be , and said follow back up in a week, i said surely,. i did explain that the Mg was wrong and they weren't working, she suggested something else, i asked kindly to please just read the referral form it explains everything. They didnt even look period. On top of that had to have it sent twice as the first was "lost", then they tell me now i shouldnt be taking it that i dont need it or that its to strong.
Mind you be I originally went to this dr office with a referral form to that specific dr from TWO psychiatrists and many of dr proof thru the years aswell stating i needed anxiety and adhd medication with a track record to prove to condition.
They truly give you the run around! And i know its all to wax insurance companies. I just wish a dr cared like one would think.
This is a very unethically ran doctors office.
Unless you like wasting time and health , i wouldnt bother.

Terribly long wait for treatment after diagnosis. Apartment times take longer than any client should. Open on Saturdays with no enough time to check on patients. Staff is terrible with commucating with patients. I do not recommend this client. Unless you speak languages other than English!

Just recently went in for a full physical and switched to have him as my primary care! I loved Dr. Naoumi, he is truly amazing and you can tell his staff loves working for him. He was so understanding about what I had been through with other doctors. I recommend him to everyone I know, my parents recently went in and said the same. Thank you for being an amazing doctor and amazing clinic.

An amazing experience in days of a pandemic.
The staff took extra care to protect patients during their visit.
By far one of the cleanest and most hospitable clinics I have been to.
I felt that the staff wanted to truly understand my needs and not simply rush me through.
From x-ray, EKG and blood work every procedure performed with care. Many thanks to Dr. Naoumi for his medical guidance.

Very unprofessional female Nurse Practitioner (forgot her name). First time in, new to area. She disregarded my medical conditions and needs. Offered no advice or treatment. She has no business being in the medical field. I went down the road and was treated like a human being. Friendly office staff however.
