Dr. Bentze was wonderful! He was able to see me right away and truly listened to everything I had to say. Instead of treating each symptom individually, he considered the whole picture and made thoughtful recommendations. The office staff was also excellent — friendly, efficient, and made the entire visit quick and easy.

I tried to become a new patient here. I first called, but the automated message said to go to their website, so I did. 4 business days later, still haven't received a response. I tried calling again and was endlessly on hold with no one ever picking up the phone. If Intercoastal Medical Group can't handle something as simple as onboarding a new patient, then I question their ability to handle more complicated activities, such as providing healthcare.

The receptionist in BLDG. 1 & 2 have been awful. Building one, the two blonde ladies in the front were so rude and spoke to me with such disdain. There is nothing worse than being ill and being treated like that.
The receptionist in BLDG. 2 was lazy on the phone when I booked my appointment and did not bother to confirm my insurance. I have BCBS but they don't take my specific plan. I ended up wasting my day. Receptionist had zero empathy.
Dr. Vigil was great. I thought about changing my plan so I could continue here with him....But I don't like some of the staff's lack of respect and care so I will go elsewhere! Judging from the reviews, I'm not the only one!

I've been going to Intercoastal Medical Group for several years. They offer diversity, so it's easy to see different doctors quite easily. My primary physician is Dr. Felicia Canada. She is very caring, thorough and understanding. She's helped assist me in all of my medical needs that have come up. She also works well with other doctors in the area. I was extremely lucky to get her as my primary physician. Thank you Dr. Canada!

I called to find out about switching to Intercoastal. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes and listening to several pre-recorded messages about why Intercoastal cannot provide services the operator answered. My simple question was "What insurance do you accept?" Her response was what insurance do you want to know about. I'm in the process of securing my 2025 medicare insurance so I want to make the decision based on what they accept. The operator was completely clueless about what they take. Her responses when I started reading off insurance providers was "uh.... that one doesn't sound familiar". So, this was a complete failure of a call to Intercoastal. In my experience if the office can't function then the doctors aren't any better.

Not a good first impression as a new endocrinology patient to be told after arriving that “we do not accept your insurance” after waiting a month to get an appointment. When asked if they ran my insurance before I arrived, (I gave my insurance info when I made this appointment a month earlier) Jennifer said that “the person who does insurance is not here today” in a snarky tone. I asked if she would call to verify since I have been using this same insurance for 3 years and never had any issues, but she said she “did not have time to sit on the phone and wait” to verify my benefits. (Availity) She told me either I was self pay or nothing at all. It’s a shame that a medical office is ran so terribly, and is such an awful example of what quality patient care should be. I would never treat a patient the way I was treated today, and I hope that the Physician’s are paying attention to some of these reviews because these people out front are the face of your practice and are setting a horrible example of what patient care should be. This could have and should have been handled in a much better way. I will not recommend this practice to anyone, nor would I ever want to work as an RMA in such a lazy and discourteous environment.

Dr Kassover is an amazing doctor, she spends time with patients. She cares and is personable. Blair Blunden is also amazing! If there were a way to rate the front desk at 1 and the doctors at a 5, I would do that. It is the only reason my review is a 3.

1st appointment, 40 minutes late taking me in. Allegedly sent an order for blood work to the lab (Quest). It wasn't there. I called the doc office right away. They assured me it was sent. It was not sent. The receptionist said "I might be able to get a nurse to send it again". Quest tells me this is normal for intercoastal. If you want competent, go somewhere else. I definitely am. First, second, and third experience was a joke. I don't treat my health like a joke, even if they do. I will make sure anyone looking for a doctor that I come across to steer clear of this supposed practice.
